F	Fernanda Machado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this school for children. My husband found my 6yo on the slopes by himself about 200m behind his group. When he enquired with the teacher she said “Im keeping an eye on him”. This is not acceptable particularly at busy times. He has attended other ski schools with no issues. We canceled his weekly classes after 2 days. The customer service person was very polite and returned our money.

He was patient and excellent at reiterating correct techniques, keeping us safe and made all 4 days of lessons absolutely fun. I can’t believe that I’ve been able to solo my first blue run on day 4. This far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Mads to anyone. In fact, we are thinking of coming back in a few weeks to have a second set of lessons with Mads so we can advance our learning and enjoyment of skiing. It has been an experience of a lifetime. Many thanks and looking forward to seeing you all again soon. Thanks Mads - you’re a legend!

When we came to the office they told us to get ski passes, which weren’t mentioned anywhere. Moreover I called in advance twice and asked about it. Both time the answer was negative. And then, when we already spent time and money, we’ve been asked to pay extra 50 per person. They haven’t offered any discount or options to us. Very bad experience
O	Omri Koren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the lesson with Nicolai (aka Nico) and it was amazing. In just 2 hours he improved my skiing skills by the tenfold. I highly recommend him, had lot of fun and learned a lot from him. Great ski instructor, and great ski school 10/10!!

I read the negative reviews and really cannot say we had any negative experience. The teachers are competent, incredibly nice and people working at the reception were incredibly flexible. I also took private lessons and learned a lot.
a	alexandra laslett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently used this ski school for a private lesson for our daughter and myself , due to the weather and sickness we had to reschedule the lesson twice!!Victoria on the main desk could not of been kinder or more helpful and found us Ryan an English speaking ski instructor who was fantastic. He explained all the technical side of skiing which my daughter had missed out on having only had one ski lesson in 6 weeks of skiing . Her style and confidence improved so much that by that afternoon I could no longer keep up with her !!! Thank you Viktoria and Ryan for being brilliant

He really understood what I needed and I really recommend him. I was able to ski with my husband couple of blue slopes for the first time. Garry is really brilliant and very experienced. He is very patient and very precise in his explanations. Great experience!
M	M Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I signed my 4 year old twins up for classes at a different ski school which got cancelled last minute. I thus proceeded to book a class with Rote Teufel. I have to admit I was super reluctant to send my kids to this school having read all the negative reviews here. Our experience fortunately was the total opposite. Upon arrival one of the instructor took the time to ask my kids about their skiing skills in order to place them in the right group. He was super friendly and forthcoming. Kids then had a great morning skiing. There were 4 instructors present who all spoke English as well as German. They were all really nice and sweet with the kids. Cheering them on and always around when needed. My girl enjoyed it that much that after lunch she asked to continue with the class in the afternoon. We had only booked the morning class but it was no problem to add more hours. They were really flexible and accommodating. I don't know if we were just lucky but my kids really had an awesome time with the Rote Teufel and have asked to go back. Just wanted to share in case someone else is also hesitant due to the bad reviews. I'd say give it a shot. Definitely payed off for us.
