I	Ian Hirst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently experienced a lead ride on an e-bike with Element3, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend anyone to give it a try. Our leader Tom made everyone very welcome and feel comfortable, regardless of their previous cycling experience. The ride started with a quick check that we could all handle the bike and operate the brakes, gears and electric power safely. Then it was out onto the road / footpath and cycleway to get out of Kitzbuhel into the beautiful surrounding countryside, through forest, by the riverside and railway line, on the way taking in views of the local neighbourhoods and numerous points of interest. Tom kept up the group's interest with his anecdotes and stories and was watchful for any members falling behind, making sure there were regular stops to catch our breath. With a lunch stop thrown in, time flew by and we had to head back to base to ensure two of our party were back in time for an early evening flight home. No problem - speeding back with the boost available from the electric motor, it really helped us cover ground and gradients a number of us would have otherwise really struggled with. Absolutely recommend you give Element3 a try for your e-bike experience!

They have high quality skis for rental and the team provided great advice and fast service. I appreciated the more personal service and as a bonus, we could leave skis in the store overnight. I would use them again. Only thing to watch is a small additional charge if you swap your skis more than a few times.

Booked 2 bikes two months in advance and they canceled my reservation just days before arrival, claiming the bikes are broken (do they only have 2 bikes total!?). Then the next day told me all booked out. Then rudely asserted it was my fault after they claimed I didn’t reply to their email (I replied 3 times to the exact email we had been communicating through for 2 months, and provided the screenshot proof). Moreover, only yesterday do they send an auto reply email to my 3rd reply, stating they have “a new email address” now @ .cc not .com). I would avoid this company unless you want your holiday ruined last minute.

Tom and Duncan and the team at Element 3 are very professional and friendly- highly recommended.
