Hatte meinen Slalom WC Ski leider selbst verschliffen, bei Intersport wurde mir selbst kurz vor Feierabend kurzfristig geholfen und nach einer kurzen Beratung die Ski perfekt hergerichtet. Danke! First class ski service. Unfortunately, I had sanded my slalom toilet skis myself, at Intersport I was given short-term help just before work and after a short consultation, the skis were perfectly prepared. Thanks!

Wenn ich im Umkreis bin, würde ich immer zuerst dorthin fahren. Great advice (for me about goggles and skis). Very friendly and absolutely competent. Plus the best ski service. K	Karl Schrott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine absolute Frechheit wieder einmal. Zuerst in der Früh um 10 statt um 9 gestartet. Dann ist den ganzen Vormittag der Weinberglift nicht gelaufen. Trotzdem ist die Gondel bis 11.20 nicht ständig von der Mittelstation gefahren, sondern nur halbstündlich....musste daher 45 Minuten auf der Mittelstation warten. Ich war immer ein Fan der Venetbahn, aber mittlerweile muss man sagen, man wird hier als Kunde nur verarscht. Schuld ist der unfähige Geschäftsführer An absolute cheek once again. First started in the morning at 10 instead of 9. Then the Weinberglift didn't run all morning. Nevertheless, the gondola did not leave the middle station all the time until 11:20, but only every half hour .... therefore had to wait 45 minutes at the middle station. I've always been a fan of the Venetbahn, but now you have to say that as a customer you are just kidding. The fault is the incompetent manager
G	Guido Krayl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service, günstige Preise und tolle Kulanz. Wir haben unsere Skiausrüstung im Februar 22 ausgeliehen. Die Beratung war sehr gut und die Preise fair. Am 2 Urlaubstag hatte ich selbst leider einen Unfall und musste selbst das Skifahren beenden. Intersport Kaltenbrunner hat mir die noch restlichen Tage vollständig erstattet. Es gab keinerlei Diskussionen, top! Obwohl ich die Skiausrüstung noch im Venet Berghotel hatte, wurde einer Rückzahlung zugestimmt. Wir haben dann meine Ski zusammen mit allen anderen angemieteten Ski abgeben. Noch einmal DANKE! Ich kann KALTENBRUNNER zu 100% empfehlen. Besten Dank Familie Krayl Super service, low prices and great goodwill. We hired our ski gear on Feb 22. The advice was very good and the prices fair. On the 2nd day of vacation I unfortunately had an accident myself and had to stop skiing myself. Intersport Kaltenbrunner reimbursed me in full for the remaining days. There were no discussions, great! Although I still had the ski equipment at the Venet Berghotel, a refund was agreed. We then handed in my skis along with all the other rented skis. Thanks once again! I can recommend KALTENBRUNNER 100%. Many thanks to the Krayl family

Für meinen Sohn habe ich noch Ski und Schuhe ausgeliehen. Mein Sohn kam mit dem 1. Ski nicht zurecht. Wir haben dann einfach andere, kürzere getauscht bekommen. So lieb. Vielen Dank dafür... wir kommen gern wieder. Super service and very competent and friendly advice from the employees and the boss. I bought used skis and ski boots at a super fair price. I borrowed skis and boots for my son. My son couldn't get along with the first ski. We then simply got other, shorter ones exchanged. So dear. Thank you for that... we'd love to come back.
