★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute auf dem Gletscher und hatten eine lockere Schraube am snowboard. Am Servicestand war leider kein Schraubenzieher vorhanden. Deshalb sind wir zu intetsport huter um danach zu fragen, ob wir kurz einen Schraubenzieher bekommen, da draußen keiner mehr ist. Reaktion war sehr unhöflich und nicht Kundenorientiert. Lieber wollte der unkompetente Mitarbeiter geld verdienen und einen Schraubenzieher verkaufen. Sehr enttäuschenter "Service". Nicht empfehlenswert.
 We were on the glacier today and had a loose screw on our snowboard. Unfortunately, there was no screwdriver at the service stand. That is why we are too intetsport huter to ask if we can get a screwdriver for a moment because there is no longer any out there. Response was very rude and not customer oriented. The incompetent employee would rather earn money and sell a screwdriver. Very disappointing "service". Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann Huter Intersport nur empfehlen: wir haben hier Skier + Stöcke ausgeliehen und wurden rundum freundlich und hilfsbereit betreut. Meine Partnerin hat aufgrund eigenem Fahrgefühl nach 1h den Ski tauschen möchten, auch das ging problemlos. Der Skieverleih ist super praktisch, da man das Equipment hier über Nacht verstauen lassen kann. Damit gehts immer bequem in den eigenen Schuhen rauf auf den Berb (und wieder runter) - wenig Schlepperei. Sehr praktisch! Wir kommen sicher wieder.
I can only recommend Huter Intersport: we rented skis and poles here and were looked after in a friendly and helpful manner. My partner wanted to swap skis after 1 hour due to her own driving experience, which also went without any problems. The ski rental is super practical, as you can leave the equipment stowed here overnight. So you can always comfortably go up the mountain (and back down) in your own shoes - little lugging around. Very convenient! We'll be back for sure.

Good to get the products who forgot, but a bit expensive to do your normal skiing cloth shopping. (But for sure you are not expecting anything else as your are directly on the glacier)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only rental service on top of the glacier. As such, they should be obliged to rent helmets to provide safety while skiing on the glacier. Instead, they are only selling the helmets and therefore force you to buy it, since you have no other choice, as you are already on top of the glacier. The trip back down to one of the rental services in the valley and up again would take ~1 hour.
Don't support this scheme to make money, by risking the safety of skiers.
