Wer Skischuhe braucht sollte es hier vor Ort machen, so kann man auch gleich testen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir wieder da sind :-) Have been customers in this shop several times, be it ski rental or shoe purchase, etc. - always competent and friendly advice. If you need ski boots you should do it here, you can also test it right away. We will definitely come back when we are back :-)

Hat alle seinen Preis, aber dafür jetzt zum ersten Mal perfekt sitzende Skischuhe zu haben ist es wert! Dazu einfach sehr nette Leute. I got detailed advice on ski boots there, felt very well cared for and all adjustments including individual sole production. It all has its price, but it is worth it to have perfectly fitting ski boots for the first time! In addition, very nice people.
M	Mark Fröscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu Empfehlen!! Haben 6 E-Bikes ausgeliehen und es waren nicht alle Akkus voll geladen. Wir haben beim Start angemerkt, dass bei 2 Fahrrädern nur 4 von 5 Ladebalken vorhanden sind. Die Antwort war: "Das passt so schon, die Akkus sind voll". Letztendlich sind wir nach nur 33km zurück gekommen und 1 Akku war leer obwohl ich nur auf "ECO" gefahren bin. Die letzten 500 Meter Bergauf musste ich dann komplett ohne Unterstützung fahren. Die Fahrräder, die vom Start ab komplett voll geladen waren, sind teilweise noch mit 4 von 5 Ladebalken zurück gekommen. Vom Shop kam keine Entschädigung und die Aussage war: "Da müssen wir wohl mal schauen." Wir haben die Fahrräder dann 3,5h vor der eigentlichen Abgabezeit abgegeben. Da ist der Preis von 39€ pro Fahrrad einfach viel zu teuer!! Eine Reduktion von der Hälfte des Preises wäre angebracht gewesen! Not recommendable!! Borrowed 6 e-bikes and not all batteries were fully charged. We noted at the start that with 2 bikes only 4 out of 5 loading bars are present. The answer was: "It fits, the batteries are full". In the end we came back after only 33km and 1 battery was empty although I only drove on "ECO". I then had to ride the last 500 meters uphill without any assistance. The bicycles, which were fully charged from the start, sometimes came back with 4 out of 5 loading bars. No compensation came from the shop and the statement was: "We'll have to take a look." We then handed in the bikes 3.5 hours before the actual drop-off time. The price of 39 € per bike is simply too expensive! A reduction of half the price would have been appropriate!

Meine Liebe zu Mitarbeitern in Sportgeschäften ist ja eher begrenzt, was meist auf Gegenseitigkeit beruht, aber hier wurde ich offen und freundlich empfangen. Der Verleih des Ebikes klappte super und vor allem flexibel. Zwischendurch gab es sogar noch eine Wäsche und eine Wartung. Rucksack mit Zubehör und Helm haben sie uns kostenlos mitgegeben. Sogar Bremsbeläge haben sie für meinen zauberhaften Begleiter und sein Rad bestellt. TOP service !!! My love for employees in sports shops is rather limited, which is mostly mutual, but here I was welcomed in an open and friendly manner. The rental of the e-bike worked great and, above all, flexible. In between there was even a wash and maintenance. They gave us a backpack with accessories and a helmet free of charge. They even ordered brake pads for my magical companion and his bike.

Ich bekam sie ohne Probleme getauscht. 2019 ging mein Skihelm kaputt. Ich brauchte einen Neuen , mit Größe 63 nicht so einfach. Es wurde sich richtig viel Zeit gelassen ich habe jetzt einen Traum Helm. Über Preise kann man natürlich „diskutieren“?. I bought reduced hiking pants from Huter and noticed in the evening that they weren't "suitable for braces". I got them exchanged without any problems. In 2019 my ski helmet broke. I needed a new one, not that easy with a size 63. It took a lot of time and now I have a dream helmet. You can of course “discuss” prices ?.
