P	P. S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus: Angemessenes Sortiment Minus: Wenig Enthusiasmus beim Personal, sowie schlecht gewartete Leih-Bikes, vor allem was die Bremsen die Bremsen betrifft. Auf meinen Hinweis hieß es nur lapidar „das liegt an den kurzen Bremshebeln“. Bergabfahrten waren abenteuerlich und gefährlich. Plus: Adequate range Minus: Little enthusiasm among the staff, as well as poorly maintained rental bikes, especially as far as the brakes are concerned. When I pointed out, it was simply stated “this is due to the short brake levers”. Downhill runs were adventurous and dangerous.

Die Kosten für die Reparatur hat hier kulanterweise Alpensport getragen. Werden bei unserem nächsten Urlaub garantiert wieder vorbeischauen. Ausstattung, Service und vor allem Personal echt top! Had a product repair that was not handled very customer-friendly by the manufacturer. The cost of the repair was kindly borne by alpine sports. Will be sure to drop by again on our next vacation. Equipment, service and above all staff really great!

m	michael schuy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lebensgefährlich! Wir haben brandneue EBikes ausgeliehen. Am zweiten Tag nach einer Bergtour stürzte meine Freundin, weil sich ein Pedal gelöst hatte. Gottseidank war grade kein Auto auf der Strasse. Man stelle sich vor, das wäre auf einem Bergpfad passiert, wo’s ja teilweise sehr steil abfällt!! Offensichtlich wurden die EBikes vor dem Verleih nicht richtig inspiziert! Also Fingerweg von diesem Laden. Die Leute wissen offensichtlich nicht, dass sie sich bei der Aushändigung defekter Räder der fahrlässigen Körperverletzung oder Tötung schuldig machen können! Danger to life! We borrowed brand new e-bikes. On the second day after a mountain tour, my friend crashed because a pedal had come loose. Thank God there was no car on the street right now. Imagine that this would have happened on a mountain path, where it sometimes falls very steeply !! Obviously the e-bikes were not properly inspected before they were rented out! So walk away from this shop. Obviously, people don't know that they can be guilty of negligent bodily harm or killing when they hand over defective bikes!
M	Michael Stieler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten als Familie 4 E-MTB zwecks großer Seerunde geliehen. Negativ: Zunächst fiel bei mir die Akkuabdeckung ab, dann fiel bei meiner Frau der Motor aufgrund verschmutztem Sensor aus (Problem durch Hotline gelöst) und zu guter Letzt streikte am Ostufer der noch fast volle Akku bei unserer Tochter gänzlich, so dass wir mit dem Boot zurück mussten. Positiv: Ohne Diskussion wurde für alle 4 Räder der halbe Preis erstattet. Probleme kommen überall vor. Entscheidend ist für mich wie man mit Reklamationen umgeht und das wurde hier vorbildlich gelöst. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich. Ansonsten waren unsere Bikes in Ordnung und es hat viel Spaß gemacht und wir würden auch wieder dort ausleihen. As a family we had borrowed 4 E-MTBs for the purpose of a long tour around the lake. Negative: First the battery cover fell off, then my wife's motor failed due to a dirty sensor (problem solved by hotline) and last but not least, our daughter's almost full battery went on strike on the east bank, so we had to return by boat . Positive: Without discussion, half the price was reimbursed for all 4 bikes. Problems occur everywhere. The decisive factor for me is how you deal with complaints and that was solved here in an exemplary manner. Communication was always friendly. Otherwise our bikes were fine and it was a lot of fun and we would rent them there again.

G	Gunnar Haid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This seems to be the goto place if you are at the lake in winter and want to rent some gear, especially ice skates. People there are friendly and helpful, prices for hire gear are however on the high end. No wonder, they appear to have a de-facto monopoly. The range of gear is impressive and it all seemed to be in very good condition. I rented skates for my entire family very late one afternoon for the following days only to find that due to heavy snow fall over night the lake got closed for skating the next morning. I was able to take the skates back for a full refund - no arguing, no questions. They do have a weird policy though where you cannot rent skates for the next day unless you rent them for more than one day. So you cannot go there short before the shop closes and rent skates for the next day. That way you could avoid the rush the next morning, but you cannot do that. If it is just for one day, you must go there in the morning. That does not make much sense to me and really can turn out to be a real hassle. Credit cards are accepted. Overall I recommend this shop.
