P	Patrick P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die negativen Kommentare hier nicht nachvollziehen. Habe am 04.08.2020 zwei Tauchgänge mit einigen anderen Tauchern bei den Yachtdivern durchgeführt. Alles war top organisiert. Der Guide Christoph war super nett, hat die Tauchspots sehr gut erklärt und etliche weitere Infos zum Weißensee gegeben. Auch die Tauchspots waren klasse. Preise sind absolut ok. Weiter so. I cannot understand the negative comments here. On August 4th, 2020 I did two dives with some other divers at the yacht divers. Everything was well organized. The guide Christoph was super nice, explained the diving spots very well and gave a lot more information about the Weißensee. The diving spots were great too. Prices are absolutely ok. Keep it up.

Wer so agressiv Auto fährt hat nicht's in einer Tauchschule verloren. Nachtrag: dann wurde euer schwarzer VW Touareg mit Anhänger und eurer Aufschrift wohl von einem Geist vom Weissensee nach Greifenburg gefahren. Schade das die Schranke in Greifenburg nicht geschlossen war. Ich hätte ihn gerne einmal freundlich angesprochen. Nach einigen Beurteilungen hier, scheint euch ja Selbstgefälligkeit und Arroganz wie in deiner Antwort nicht unbekannt. E	E. F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten Monate zuvor reserviert. Der abgehobene Chef ist mit seiner präpotentnten Art auf keine Wünsche eingegangen. Das hat er wohl nicht nötig. Wir hatten auch Nichtaucher in der Gruppe. Mit auf das Boot durften sie nicht, aber nach einem Tauchgang wieder mit dem Boot nach Hause fahren, war auch nicht möglich. Denn es war ein, für uns fremdes Paar, dass er unbedingt auf unserem Boot mitnehmen musste. Da diese ein Packet gebucht hatten wollten diese 2 Tauchgänge. Da es keinerlei Gesprächsbereitschaft gab, haben wir einfach keine weiteren Tauchgänge gemacht. So wurden unsere 4 Tage zu einem schönen Wanderurlaub. Die Abzocke ohne Kundenorientierung haben wir uns gespart. We had reserved months before. The departed boss has responded to his desires no desires. He probably does not need that. We also had non-smokers in the group. They were not allowed on the boat, but after a dive they could not go home by boat, either. Because it was a, for us foreign couple, that he absolutely had to take on our boat. Since they had booked a package they wanted 2 dives. Since there was no willingness to talk, we simply did not do any more dives. So our 4 days were a nice hiking holiday. The rip-off without customer orientation we have saved ourselves.

Geht lieber zur Tauchbasis am Ostufer: Diving Weissensee. Wollte mir bei Yachtdiver einen Neoprenanzug und Blei ausborgen zum Apnoe-Tauchen und hab per Email angefragt. Bin dann der Aufforderung gefolgt um 9:30 zum Tauchladen zu kommen. Meine Bestätigung und Nachfrage, dass ich wegen Anzug und Blei komme wurde per Email mit „OK!“ bestätigt. Um 9:30 wurde ich vom Chef begrüßt mit: Wir haben keine Apnoe Kurse und Equipment verborgen wir nicht! Der Verweis auf meine Email Nachfrage war ihm egal. Er kennt die Anfrage, aber er sagt‘s mir gerne nochmal: Sie verborgen kein Equipment! Warum? Das hat seine Gründe die er mir aber sicher nicht sagt... Selten so eine unfreundliche Person und unprofessionellen Umgang mit Anfragen erlebt. Zuerst zum Shop bestellen um dann höchst unfreundlich abzusagen... Zeit-Diebe! Geht lieber zu Diving Weissensee, die sind freundlich und professionell. Gut Luft! No equipment rental and extremely unfriendly and unprofessional in answering inquiries. First otherworldly experience at Weissensee! Go to the diving center on the east bank: Diving Weissensee. I wanted to borrow a wetsuit and weights from Yachtdiver for apnea diving and I asked by email. Then I followed the request to come to the dive shop at 9:30 am. My confirmation and request that I come for a suit and lead was confirmed by email with "OK!". At 9:30 am I was greeted by the boss with: We don't have any apnea courses and we don't hide equipment! He didn't care about the reference to my email request. He knows the request, but he'll be happy to tell me again: You don't hide any equipment! Why? There are reasons for that which he certainly won't tell me ... Rarely seen such an unfriendly person and unprofessional handling of inquiries. First order in the shop and then cancel extremely unfriendly ... Time thieves! Better go to Diving Weissensee, they are friendly and professional. Good air!

Wir haben den PADI-Kurs für Dry Suits absolviert. Unser Instructor Christoph ist dabei sehr gut auf alle unsere Fragen eingegangen. Toller Service und coole Erfahrung. Der Tauchlehrer (Christoph) hat zuerst nochmal die Theorie wiederholt und konnte meine Fragen äußerst ausführlich beantworten. Im Wasser hat er sich auch Zeit für Wiederholungen bei den ein oder anderen Problemchen genommen. Die Mischung aus Theorie, Praxis und Nachbesprechungen ließ den Tag wie im Flug vergehen. Man merkte sofort, dass man ihm vertrauen kann und er weiß, wovon er spricht, was beim Tauchen ja besonders wichtig ist. Auch die Ausstattung der Tauchschule ist top und up-to-date. Danke an euch, macht weiter so und ich freue mich bereits auf die 2. Einheit des Kurses. ? Recently did part 1 of the Open Water Diver practice session at Yachtdiver. The diving instructor (Christoph) first repeated the theory and was able to answer my questions in great detail. In the water he also took time to repeat one or the other little problem. The mixture of theory, practice and debriefings let the day go by in a flash. You immediately noticed that you can trust him and that he knows what he's talking about, which is particularly important when diving. The equipment of the diving school is also top and up-to-date. Thanks to you guys, keep up the good work and I'm already looking forward to the 2nd unit of the course. ?
B	Bruno Kucic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja jeder macht wohl andere Erfahrungen. Top Laden, super Leute, tolle Lehrer! Habe dort sehr viel gelernt. Mit dem Katamaran raus zu fahren und zu tauchen ist Top. Das ist für mich zum Tauchen der See überhaupt. Bis 24°C an der Oberfläche, ab 8m Tiefe dann allerdings schon unter 10°C und auf 30m sind es dann 4°C. Schöne Sicht, Hechte, Barsche und Unterwasser Bäume im Überfluss. Yes, everyone has different experiences. Top shop, great people, great teachers! I learned a lot there. Going out and diving with the catamaran is top. For me, this is the sea for diving. Up to 24 ° C on the surface, but from 8m depth then below 10 ° C and at 30m it is 4 ° C. Nice view, pike, perch and underwater trees abound.
