It's been a nightmare to complain to anybody, having rang several overseas numbers in Ausria to try and get some sense!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been dealing with UK distributor and head office for 4 years. The service is very, very disappointing and in the case of Ecohaus the distributor, they operate very sharp practices and intimidation. They take years to sort out problems that were admitted to be their mistakes at survey. Will never use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed very little interest in a poor installation and missing parts by installation by one of their 'gold' installation partners, Ultimate Windows and Doors in Dublin. It took seven months to get the work completed only when we were 2 days away from issuing court proceedings did it get resolved! The product is very good but the customer is very poor. Austria are not interested with the issues going on at Internorm UK. They don't reply to emails or follow up phone calls. Save yourself the stress and hassle and look else where.
