G	Gorge Ous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompetentes und freundliches Personal! Ich hatte ein Problem mit meiner Balkontüre und zwar ließ sie sich nicht mehr ganz schließen. Ich rief an und habe sogar spontan einen Termin bekommen. Als der Service-Techniker da war, hat er nach kurzer Inspektion die Diagnose gemacht. Das Getriebe ist kaputt gegangen und dann ist er fix ins Auto verschwunden und kurz darauf war die Balkontüre repariert. Der Preis ist komplett gerechtfertig und vor allem deswegen, weil er das Teil direkt dabei hatte. Also keine unnötigen Wartezeiten. Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere hat ein Techniker namens Gerhard die Reparatur durchgeführt. Competent and friendly staff! I had a problem with my balcony door and it couldn't be closed completely. I called and even got an appointment spontaneously. When the service technician was there, he made the diagnosis after a short inspection. The gearbox broke and then it disappeared into the car and shortly afterwards the balcony door was repaired. The price is completely justifiable and mainly because he had the part with him. So no unnecessary waiting times. If I remember correctly, a technician named Gerhard did the repair.
m	martin martet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hatte eine defekte balkontür, bei welcher die schieberegler seitwärts nicht mehr funktioniert hatten. nach anruf und schilderung des problems kam ein monteur. der hat die türe ausgebaut, angesehen, selbes problem wie ich festgestellt und wieder eingebaut, weil er kein ersatzteil dabei hatte. er meinte er müsse es besorgen und käme die nächsten tage vorbei. dann kam er keine 2 std später, hat die tür erneut ausgebaut und das ersatzteil eingebaut. das ein/ausbauen hat beim ersten mal 20 minuten und beim zweiten mal, mit wechsel des defekten teils, 25 minuten gedauert. verrechnet wurden 1,5 arbeitsstd. trotz anruf und mitteilung, dass der monteur für 2x ausbauen gesamt 45 minuten gebraucht hat und er wohl nur 25 minuten gebraucht hätte, wenn er das ersatzteil mitgehabt bzw. die tür für die nichtmal 2 std gleich ausgebaut hätte lassen, war ihnen egal. sie bestanden auf die 1,5 std und ich hab eine rechnung von 220 eur, für ein 40 euro ersatzteil und einen professionellen arbeitsaufwand von 25 minuten. danke, nie wieder. had a defective balcony door, where the slider sideways no longer worked. After calling and describing the problem, a fitter came. he removed the door, looked at it, the same problem as I noticed and reinstalled it because he had no spare part with him. he said he had to get it and would come by for the next few days. then he came less than 2 hours later, removed the door again and installed the spare part. the installation / removal took 20 minutes the first time and 25 minutes the second time when the defective part was changed. 1.5 working hours were charged. Despite the call and the message that the fitter needed a total of 45 minutes for 2x expansion and he would have probably only needed 25 minutes if he had the spare part with him or had the door removed for less than 2 hours, they didn't care. they insisted on the 1.5 hours and i have an invoice of 220 euros for a 40 euro spare part and a professional workload of 25 minutes. thanks, never again.
