★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience here was quite amazing! The room was very clean, and pretty big! I loved the room design aswell. The bed was suuuuuppper comfortable, I find this being a big plus, and it was VERY QUIET and I could rest properly (another Big plus). The location is also amazing, close to Central Station, where you can take the public transport and in 10 minutes you are in the Centrum. The personnel very professional,
kind and friendly. If you are looking for a very CLEAN AND QUIET place, with nice rooms, comfort and reasonable price, this must be your choice. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We landed on this hotel on the way back from holliday in south. Very bad experience i must say. All was very complicated with check in, park car. Room was nothing special, if you look at the price range. Beds ok, bathroom small and you have water All over, it run out on floor from dusch room and the same problem when you use zink. Much to expencive for what you get ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality / price very good. Very clean, quiet and well location (15-20 min up to city center). Central station is less than 5 minutes away. We also got from the hotel 2 free transport tickets valid for 24 hours. Parking is available underground and it costs 15 eur/day. Bar open until 11 pm with a good variety of drinks. Very nice staff. I would chose the same hotel if coming back in Graz

The price at the reception is way higher than online!! And the staff does not inform you about it!! They also do not want to give the money back even when you point it out. We will never be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Graz and found this hotel to be perfect for us.
The price was very good. The room we had was small but modern and clean and comfortable. The hotel located by the main railway station was a perfect place to catch local trams and buses into the old town just a few stops away.. The hotel provided free transit passes daily.
I cannot praise the staff enough. We had some issues with Covid testing results and everyone went out if their way to help sort this out. I highly recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. 17€ for breakfast is extreme for what is offered. Staff very nice. Didn't like that the bathroom door doesn't lock and the shower has a foggy glass between the bedroom.
