Es werden des weiteren auch Behandlungen verschrieben welche gar nicht auf dem Überweisungsschein stehen! Sehr fraglich Treatments are unfortunately only mass processing! Is not recommended! Treatments are also prescribed which are not on the transfer slip at all! Very questionable
f	fred jupiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg von dem Institut !!! Mir wurde mit meinem starken Bandscheibenvorfall ( deswegen machte ich d. Therapie ) mehrfalls kräftig der Rücken massiert . Bei einem Bandscheibenvorfalls darf man dies aber überhaupt nicht machen ! Das Tullner Spital und ein anderes Physioinstitut hat mir dies bestätigt ! Man könne sogar den Bandscheibenvorfalls dadurch verschlimmern . Hier arbeitet leider viel zu wenig geschultes Personal aus Osteuropa welches eine rasche Massenabfertigung macht ! Stay away from the institute !!! With my severe herniated disc (which is why I did therapy), my back was massaged more or less. In the case of a herniated disc, however, this must not be done at all! The Tullner Spital and another physio institute confirmed this to me! It could even make the herniated disc worse. Unfortunately, far too little trained staff from Eastern Europe works here, which makes rapid mass processing!

Bei der ausfüllung eines Fragebogens bekam ich auf eine freundlich gestellte Frage nur eine schnippisch Antwort . Wiederholte meine Frage - die gleiche Reaktion. Bin dann gegangen und werde ein seriöses Institut besuchen. Wanted to make an appointment personally today due to a transfer. When filling out a questionnaire, I only got a snappy answer to a friendly question. Repeated my question - the same reaction. Then I went and would visit a reputable institute.

Auch hinsichtlich der bemühten Behandlungen ist meine Frau im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden. My wife (as a patient) and I can only report positive things about the coordination employee (receptionist): Helpful and friendly, even if you have to postpone appointments repeatedly - if justified. My wife is also generally very satisfied with the treatments she has tried.
U	Ulli M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Dame am Empfang. Die Art und Weise wie sie mit Kunden umgeht und sich anmaßend verhält ist unglaublich. Ich wurde immer wieder angerufen, weil Termine abgesagt wurden. Termine konnten dann nicht nachgeholt werden. Das Personal ist teilweise sehr freundlich (vor allem die Physiotherapeuten). Es wird aber eher wie am Fließband gearbeitet. Schade! Very unfriendly lady at the reception. The way she deals with clients and behaves arrogantly is unbelievable. I was called again and again because appointments were canceled. Dates could not be made up. The staff is partly very friendly (especially the physiotherapists). But it is more like working on the assembly line. Pity!
