M	Markus Knarf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich was sich dort für eine Unfreundlichkeit geleistet wird! Die Damen am Schalter bzw. am Telefon: Sehr nett, noch nie Probleme gehabt! Sobald man jedoch in den "Röntgen-Raum" geht, wünscht man sich eher, man wäre lieber zu Dr. Rainer nach Zwettl gefahren! Wenn man nicht sofort so auf der "Röntgen-Plattform" steht, wie gewünscht und man nicht bereits im Vorhinein "schmeckt", wie man das jeweilige Körperteil für die korrekte Durchführung der Untersuchung zu halten hat, wird man angeschnauzt, sogar mit lauterem Ton, wie bereits erlebt! Dann kommen ungute Ansagen durch den Lautsprecher, über den kommuniziert wird und im Endeffekt wird man dann grob "zurechtgerückt". Dr. Capellmann: Bitte reden Sie nochmals mit einigen Ihrer Angestellten darüber, wie man mit treuen Kunden umgeht! Ein bisschen Freundlichkeit ist nicht so schwer und tut auch nicht weh! Unbelievable what kind of unfriendliness is being done there! The ladies at the counter or on the phone: very nice, never had any problems! However, as soon as you go into the "X-ray room", you wish more that you would rather be with Dr. Rainer drove to Zwettl! If you do not immediately stand on the "X-ray platform" as desired and you do not "taste" in advance how you should consider the respective body part to be carrying out the examination correctly, you will be snapped, even with a louder tone, as already experienced! Then bad announcements come through the loudspeaker through which communication takes place and in the end you are roughly "adjusted". Dr. Capellmann: Please talk to some of your employees again about how to deal with loyal customers! A little friendliness is not that hard and doesn't hurt either!
