Der Austausch wurde zuerst mit ca 200 Euro veranschlagt, später wurde auf 1000 Euro erhöht, weil angeblich der Brenner zu tauschen wäre, oder eine neue Gastherme um 2000 Euro. Kontrolle und Reparatur durch einen anderen Fachmann ergab, dass der Austausch des Wasserreglers um 150 Euro ausreichend ist.
In a gas boiler only the water regulator was broken. The replacement was initially estimated at around 200 euros, later it was increased to 1000 euros, because supposedly the burner would have to be replaced, or a new gas boiler for 2000 euros. Checks and repairs by another specialist showed that replacing the water regulator for 150 euros is sufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurde eine undichte Gasverteilleitung durchgehend durch 8 Häuser abgetragen und durch eine neue ersetz. Die Arbeiten wurden in nur 2,5 Tagen preiswert, professionell und mit größter Sorgfalt (auf Einrichtungen in den Kellerräumen) von den äußerst freundlichen Installateuren durchgeführt.
A leaky gas distribution line was continuously removed through 8 houses and replaced with a new one. The work was carried out inexpensively, professionally and with great care (on facilities in the basement) by the extremely friendly installers in just 2.5 days.
