Noch nie länger als 20 min gewartet....eher weit kürzer! Absolutely top! always well advised and well received on the patients! the waiting times are also rather low! Never waited more than 20 minutes .... rather shorter!

Habe mich bis jetzt sehr wohl gefühlt und bin durch und durch zufrieden. VERY SATISFIED! Miss Dr. Radl is a very nice and empathetic person. The assistants are very friendly and helpful. So far I have felt very comfortable and I am thoroughly satisfied.

Freundliches Personal, auch die Wartezeiten sind kurz. Highly recommended, takes your time and clarifies all options you have. Tries to save the substance, unlike some other dentists. Friendly staff, the waiting times are short.

Nach Ankunft in der Ordination wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass eine Zahnreinigung an diesem Tag nicht möglich sei, da eine Behandlung zuvor durch die Ärztin nötig sei, die an diesem Tag nicht anwesend war. Bei der telefonischen Terminvereinbarung wurde jedoch zugesichert, dass eine Zahnreinigung direkt bei diesem Termin möglich sei. Man bekommt den Eindruck, dass diese Ordination ihre administrativen Prozesse nicht im Griff hat. Es geht nicht nur darum, dass ineffizient gearbeitet wird, sondern diese Ordination geht ebenso ineffizient mit der Zeit des Kunden um. Ein absolutes No-Go! Rein vom optischen: Wenn man die Ordination betritt bekommt man ebenso den Eindruck, dass totales Chaos herrscht. Weder im Wartezimmer noch im Büro ist es aufgeräumt. Diese Ordination ist nicht zu empfehlen. No customer orientation, miserable administration! I had an appointment for teeth cleaning. After arriving in the office, I was informed that teeth cleaning was not possible that day because the doctor needed treatment that was not present that day. When making an appointment by phone, however, it was assured that teeth cleaning would be possible directly at this appointment. One gets the impression that this ordination does not have its administrative processes under control. It is not just about working inefficiently, this ordination is also inefficiently dealing with the customer's time. An absolute no-go! Purely from the optical: When you enter the ordination you also get the impression that there is total chaos. Neither the waiting room nor the office is tidy. This ordination is not recommended.

Ein sehr sympathischer, netter Empfang, von 2 ganz tollen Damen. Ausserdem wird man hier ausführlich beraten und es wird auf den Patienten eingegangen. Soviel Freundlichkeit, habe ich schon ewig nicht mehr gesehen. Bin auch ein kleiner Angsthase (beim Zahnarzt), man wird aber so toll beraten und so liebevoll behandelt, dass es für mich kein Problem war. Einfach nur zum empfehlen.
