VIESSMANN nach 2 Verpuffungen und nach 2 erfolglosen Reparaturversuchen vom Kundendienst VIESSMANN einfach stillgelegt !!!! keine Ursache gefunden .. tut uns leid.... ist so..... Fazit: keine Heizung mehr - momentan egal Kein Warmwasser mehr - nicht egal ...... Ich halte mich kurz: Es war Freitag 10.00 Uhr früh. Ich habe darauf hin 6 ( sechs) !!! Installateure im Bezirk Baden bezüglich einer Neuinstallation des Brennwertkessels angerufen....keine Firma war unmittelbar erreichbar.....die einzige Firma die mich überhaupt zurückgerufen hatte, war die Fa. Malina in Traiskirchen. Es blieb nicht nur bei dem Rückruf ! Es war innerhalb von 2 Stunden ein Techniker ( ein Hr. Seidel ) bei mit vor Ort, hat die "IST" Situation besichtigt, war kompetent als auch freundlich, und mir unmittelbar danach einen Kostenvoranschlag übermittelt ! Daraufhin, von mir beauftragt, wurde ein neuer Brennwertkessel AM NÄCHSTEN WERKTAG eingebaut !!! Lt. Rauchfangkehrer musste zudem die Verrohrung ( für den Brennwertkessel - weil Markentausch - im Rauchfang ausgetauscht werden. Das wurde ebenfalls " in der Sekunde " durch die Fa. Malina organisiert und im Zuge der Neuinstallation erledigt. Also...besser geht es nicht ! My 16 year old condensing boiler was checked by VIESSMANN customer service after 2 deflagrations and after 2 unsuccessful repair attempts by the VIESSMANN customer service, simply shut down !!!! no cause found .. we are sorry .... is so ..... Conclusion: no more heating - at the moment it doesn't matter No more hot water - it doesn't matter ...... I'll keep it short: It was 10:00 a.m. on Friday. I have 6 (six) !!! Called plumbers in the Baden district about a new installation of the condensing boiler .... no company could be reached directly ..... the only company that had called me back was the Malina company in Traiskirchen. It wasn't just the recall! A technician (Mr. Seidel) was on site within 2 hours, inspected the "ACTUAL" situation, was both competent and friendly, and immediately afterwards sent me a cost estimate! Then, commissioned by me, a new condensing boiler was installed ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY !!! Lt. Chimney sweepers also had to replace the piping (for the condensing boiler - because brand swap - in the chimney. That was also organized "in the second" by the Malina company and done in the course of the new installation. So ... it couldn't be better!

Der Austausch der Therme, die dazu gehörige Beratung und die Installation waren tadellos. Die Handwerker waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend und es wurde uns jede noch so kleine ( und es gab unzählige) Frage beantwortet. Faire Preis Leistung DIe Firma Malina Bärenstark ist sehr zu empfehlen. When our heating and thus the water heating failed us this winter, Malina and his team were quickly on site to help so that it doesn't get too cold. The exchange of the thermal bath, the associated advice and the installation were flawless. The craftsmen were always friendly and courteous and every question, no matter how small (and there were countless), was answered. Fair price performance The company Malina Bärenstark is highly recommended.

Somit musste ich nicht bis Donnerstag ohne Warmwasser und Heizung ausharren bei dem Wetter !!!! Meine nächsten Wartungen werde ich aufjedenfall auch bei dieser Firma machen lassen !! Preis Leistung auch super ! Kann ich h kur empfehlen! Great performance, they took care of a spare part immediately upon request and it was installed the next day! So I didn't have to wait until Thursday without hot water and heating in the weather !!!! In any case, I will have my next maintenance work done by this company too !! Price performance also great! I can recommend it!

Die beiden jungen Mitarbeiter Benni und Manuel haben nicht nur professionell gearbeitet, sondern erfreuten uns mit einem höflichen und zuvorkommenden Wesen. Hier hat alles gepasst. Pünktlichkeit, Termintreue und Sauberkeit. Wir würden die Firma jederzeit und Jedem weiter empfehlen und gratulieren zu solchen Mitarbeitern! The Malina company moved and re-installed a radiator for us in October. The two young employees Benni and Manuel not only worked professionally, but also delighted us with their polite and courteous manner. Everything was perfect here. Insgesamt ein tolles Team. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Herrn Seidl. Er stand uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. From the offer to the installation of the heating system, everything was very reliable, friendly and competent. The price-performance ratio is great! Overall a great team. G	Gabriele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 2 Monaten wurde mir ein Angebot für eine Badrenovierung innerhalb von 10 Tagen zugesagt, vor einem Monat hieß es auf Nachfrage, es dauert wohl noch etwas, da wahrscheinlich nicht alle Teile verfügbar sind... bei den anderen Installateuren hatte ich die Angebote innerhalb weniger Tage! Keine Information... Professionalität sieht anders aus ! Ergänzung: Nach der Antwort des Inhabers habe ich angerufen, ein Mitarbeiter ist der Sache nachgegangen, er hat jetzt alle Infos und fragte, ob er mir das Angebot noch zusenden darf. Ich war einverstanden und warte jetzt wieder mehr als 2 Wochen darauf... wenn die Firma kein Interesse hat, dann soll es doch gleich kommuniziert werden! Ich habe definitiv kein Interesse mehr und empfehle Malina sicher nicht weiter. Two months ago I was promised an offer for a bathroom renovation within 10 days, a month ago I was asked, it will probably take a while, as not all parts are likely to be available ... with the other plumbers I had the offers within less Days! No information ... professionalism looks different! Addition: After the owner answered, I called, an employee looked into the matter, he now has all the information and asked if he could still send me the offer. I agreed and am now waiting again for more than 2 weeks ... if the company is not interested, then it should be communicated immediately! I am definitely no longer interested and I certainly do not recommend Malina to anyone.
