Wir hatten einen großen Wasserschaden mit über 20.000 Euro in der privaten Dusche, da eine Dichtung nicht eingebaut wurde und nach ein bis zwei Jahren kam eine Rechnung, obwohl die Versicherung schon gezahlt hatte! Vielleicht dachte man sich, einem Hotel kann man einmal irgendwann eine Rechnung schicken, die werden das schon nicht checken?! Die Pumpen sind teilweise in "falscher Lage" montiert worden, manche Schalter wurden so montiert worden, dass man sie nicht zum Umschalten erwischt. Ja, es gäbe noch so viel zu schreiben, aber wenn ich darüber nachdenke, wird mir einfach nur übel, deshalb belasse ich es hiermit und werde diese Firma auch nicht mehr ins Haus lassen. Schade, denn eigentlich unterstützt man heimische Firmen gerne, hier leider nicht mehr der Fall! We built in 2007 and since then have only had problems with the entire installation of the house (hotel!) We had major water damage with over 20,000 euros in the private shower because a seal was not installed and an invoice came after one or two years, although the Insurance had already paid! Maybe you thought, one day you can send an invoice to a hotel, they won't check it ?! Some of the pumps have been installed in the "wrong position", some switches have been installed in such a way that they cannot be caught switching. Yes, there is still so much to write about, but when I think about it, I just feel sick, so I leave it at this and won't let this company into the house anymore. It's a shame, because people actually like to support local companies, but unfortunately this is no longer the case here!
