★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Firma kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Der Kundenservice war weniger als durchschnittlich, hatte wenig Ahnung, drückte auf jeden Knopf, auf gut Glück ist die Heizung gestartet
(für ca. 3h).Im Gegensatz zu dem unprofessionellen"Techniker" , war die Rechnung, der Leistung entsprechend, sehr hoch.
I cannot recommend this company. The lady on the phone was very rude and abrupt. The customer service was less than average, had little idea, pressed every button, if you were lucky, the heating started
(for about 3 hours). In contrast to the unprofessional "technician", the bill was very high according to the service.
