OG. 1 Stern für die unfreundliche und unmotivierte Behandlung der Meldeanliegen durch die Kollegin. Serviceorientierung sieht anders aus. Neue Bürger kann man auch freundlicher willkommen heißen. Unfassbar. There are 5 stars for the good organization and the nice lady at the reception on the 1st floor. 1 star for the unfriendly and unmotivated treatment of reporting issues by the colleague. Service orientation looks different. New citizens can also be welcomed more warmly. Incomprehensible.

Hab die Dame am Schalter informiert und sie hat mir zugesagt, es weiterzuleiten, es wurde allerdings nichts verändert. Als ich dort war sind 13 Leute eine halbe Stunde vor der Öffnung da gewesen, weil sie aud die Website geschaut hatten und die Information dort sie auch in die Irre geführt hat. The website does not clearly state when the actual opening times are. I informed the lady at the counter and she agreed to forward it, but nothing was changed. When I was there, 13 people showed up half an hour before the opening because they had looked at the website and the information there had also misled them.

Die Mitarbeiterin selber war sehr freundlich zu uns. Allerdings wenn es schon Still bzw. Wickelräume gibt dann sollten diese auch geöffnet sein. Auch nach Nachfrage in einem Büro konnte uns der Mitarbeiter den Raum nicht öffnen da er keine Berechtigung dafür hatte. You may or may not understand having to take a newborn baby with you to apply for an ID card. The employee herself was very friendly to us. However, if there are already nursing or baby changing rooms then these should also be open. Even after asking in an office, the employee could not open the room for us because he had no authorization to do so.

Der französische Stararchitekt Dominique Perrault stattete sie mit einem hohen Glasdach und gläsernem Turm aus. Sehr kompetente, hilfsbereit und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Professionell und sehr überzeugender Bürgerservice. Öffentliche Toiletten gegen Bezahlung und Tiefgarage. City hall and shopping center in the city center.
