P	P. B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problem dürfte sein, dass keine Konkurrenz da ist und damit kann die IVB, der Postbus und die ÖBB tun und lassen wie sie meinen. Fahrgäste werden als Bittsteller betrachtet und dementsprechend wird man abgefertigt. Ich muss täglich vom Oberland nach Innsbruck in den Gewerbepark. Die ÖBB hat morgens mit dem REX um 05:57, wie um 06:48, um 06:59 wie um 17:52 schon regelmäßige Verspätungen. Das kommmt nicht MAL vor, sondern mehrfach die Woche. Oft genug mit der Standarddurchsage "Verspätungen aus dem Nachbarland". Ich komme also verspätet in Ibk an, die nächste regelmäßige, tägliche Verspätung ist dann in der Linie F zu erwarten und somit ist es für mich trotz geänderter Arbeitszeiten immer noch nicht schaffbar pünktlich in die Arbeit zu kommen oder mal pünktlich nach Hause zu kommen. Wir haben keine Minutenabrechnung, heißt, eine Minute zu spät einstempeln, werden 15 MInuten abgezogen. Was also könnte die Alternative sein? Täglich länger im Büro sitzen und einen Tag haben von 05:00 - 18:30, oder täglich 86km mit dem Auto fahren (von Benzinverbrauch und Abnutzung mal nicht zu sprechen) weil es die Öffentlichen nicht hinbekommen? Problem should be that there is no competition and thus can the IVB, the Postbus and the ÖBB do and leave as they say. Passengers are considered as petitioners and accordingly you are cleared. I have to go daily from the Oberland to Innsbruck in the business park. The ÖBB has regular delays in the morning with the REX at 05:57, as at 06:48, at 06:59 and 17:52. That does not happen MAL, but several times a week. Often enough with the standard announcement "Delays from the neighboring country". So I arrive late in Ibk, the next regular, daily delay is then expected in line F and thus it is still not possible for me to come to work punctually or to come home punctually despite the change in working hours. We do not have a minute bill, means to stamp a minute late, 15 minutes are deducted. So what could be the alternative? Sitting longer in the office every day and having a day from 05:00 - 18:30, or driving 86km daily (not to mention gas mileage and wear) because the public can not handle it?
w	wolfi e on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sensationell schnelle und problemlose bearbeitung per e-mail! bestellte die neue jahreskarte per ausgedruckten, unterschriebenen und eingescannten antrag und sendete ihn per e-mail. keine empfangsbestätigung o.ä. als ich nach 6 tagen (mit feiertagen) nachfragte, wurde ich aufgrund der vielen bestellungen um geduld gebeten. am nachmittag kam dann der zahlschein, ebenso eingescannt. üebrwiesen von der hypo tirol an die hypo tirol am montag vormittag, kam die jahreskarte ("versand nach eingang der zahlung") am dienstag um 9:30. insgesamt dauerte der vorgang vielleicht zehn tage mit einem langen und einem normalen we dazwischen... ich bin sprachlos und begeistert! Sensationally quick and easy processing by email! ordered the new season ticket by printed, signed and scanned application and sent it by e-mail. no confirmation of receipt or similar when i asked after 6 days (with holidays), i was asked for patience due to the many orders. in the afternoon the payment slip came, also scanned. üebrwiesen from hypo tirol to hypo tirol on monday morning, the annual card ("shipping after receipt of payment") came on Tuesday at 9:30. in total the process took maybe ten days with a long and a normal we in between ... I'm speechless and enthusiastic!
S	Sebastian Oberdacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es kann doch wohl nicht sein, dass man nicht mal mehr erwarten kann das ein Bus pünktlich +/- 2 Minuten kommt, bzw. überhaupt irgendwann mal kommt? Es gibt Menschen die müssen mal Pünktlich zur Arbeit bzw. Schule und können nicht eine Stunde früher oder noch besser später fahren... Dann auch noch blöd angemotzt werden das man sein VVT Schüler Ticket gefälscht habe, und sofort einen Ausweis zeigen soll, bloß weil man 2mal nachfragt was der gute Herr einen gefragt hat, da es im Bus oftmals laut sein kann. Frechheit... Surely it can't be that you can't even expect a bus to arrive punctually +/- 2 minutes, or even come at some point? There are people who have to go to work or school on time and cannot drive an hour earlier or even better later ... Then also stupidly pissed off that you have forged your VVT student ticket and should show your ID immediately, just because you ask twice what the good gentleman asked you, as it can often be loud on the bus. Cheek ...
J	Johannes Huemer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Icj finde es immerwieder bemerkenswert was manche Menschen für eine Ftechheit besitzen!!Ich werde doch wohl erwarten können das mein Buspünktlich kommt aber das war bisher noch nie der Fall!!! Es gibt im Leben wichtigeres aös auf den Bus zu warten!!!!! I think it is always remarkable what some people own a Ftechheit! I can probably expect that my bus is on time but this has never been the case! There is more important in the life to wait for the bus !!!!!

Des weiteren: Wieso ist es nötig, um ein Semesterticket zu kaufen, die Inskreptionsbestätigung ausgedruckt mitzubringen? Leben wir in der Steinzeit? Per Email oder als PDF mit Amtsstempel vorzuzeigen reicht nicht? Ebenso erhält man keinen verlängerten Studiumsausweis ohne nicht den benötigten Beitrag eingezahlt zu haben. Also eigentlich müsste schon der Studentenausweis mit richtigem Datum ausreichen. Why is not it possible to buy the Semesterticket online? Eternal queues in front of the doors. Juhu. Furthermore, why is it necessary to buy a semester ticket, to bring the inskreptions confirmation printed? Do we live in the Stone Age? To show by email or as a PDF with Amtsstempel is not enough? Likewise, you will not receive an extended study card without having paid the required contribution. So actually the student card would have to be sufficient with the right date.
T	T F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche Unterstützung im Kundencenter, daher 3 Sterne (bessere Bewertung) nach einem Ereignis am Sonntag 26.05.19, um 07.04 Uhr. Ich bin um Punkt 07.01 Uhr an der Haltestelle Unterer Stadtplatz in Hall gestanden und habe auf den Bus gewartet, der laut Fahrplan und Anzeigetafel um 07.04 Uhr nach Innsbruck fährt, da ich um 08.00 Uhr bei der Arbeit sein muss. Zu meinem Bedauern war der Bus auch bis 07.19 Uhr nicht gekommen und stand nach 07.04 Uhr nicht mehr an der Anzeigetafel. Dementsprechend gehe ich davon aus, dass der Bus schon VOR 07.01 Uhr abgefahren ist. Schließlich musste ich mir ein Taxi organisieren und 25 € für die fahrt bezahlen. Dies ist v.a. ärgerlich, wenn mann fast 500 € für ein Tirolticket bezahlt. Im Kundencenter habe ich ganz ruhig mit der Mitarbeiterin am Schalter kommuniziert (schließlich kann sie nichts dafür was passiert ist). Sie kopierte sich die Rechnung und nahm die Beschwerde samt Telefonnumer & Name entgegen. Ein lob an diese Mitarbeiterin ist auszusprechen, da Sie sehr höflich, freundlich und kompetent wirkte. Friendly support in the customer center, therefore 3 stars (better rating) after an event on Sunday 26.05.19, at 07.04 clock. I stood at the stop Unterer Stadtplatz in Hall at 07.01 clock and waited for the bus, which according to the timetable and scoreboard at 07.04 clock to Innsbruck, because I have to be at 08.00 clock at work. To my regret, the bus had not come to 07:19 clock and was no longer at 7:04 clock on the scoreboard. Accordingly, I assume that the bus has already left before 07.01 clock. Finally I had to organize a taxi and pay € 25 for the ride. This is v. A. annoying when you pay almost 500 € for a Tiroler ticket. In the customer center, I communicated quite calmly with the employee at the counter (after all, she can not help what happened). She copied the bill and accepted the complaint including the phone number and name. A praise to this employee is to pronounce, as she seemed very polite, friendly and competent.
