★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fragmente der alten Stadtmauern, wunderschön anzusehen! Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Spaziergang durch die Steingasse runter bis zum "Äußeren Stein".
Fragments of the old city walls, beautiful to look at! Also recommended is a walk through the Steingasse down to the "outer stone".

Well-preserved medieval buildings are amazing. The old city gates are also admirable. Perhaps the best area of Salzburg.

Der nächtliche Spaziergang führte uns die Steingasse entlang. Vor dem inneren Steintor blieben wir verzaubert stehen. Vor uns die Stadt in all ihrer Schönheit. Wir drehen uns um und blicken auf das Steintor, hinauf zum Kapuzinerberg und entdecken dann noch ein geheimnisvolles, mittelalterliches Portal.
A city by day, a city by night, what a difference!
The nocturnal walk took us along Steingasse. We stopped in front of the inner stone gate, enchanted. In front of us the city in all its beauty. We turn around and look at the stone gate, up to the Kapuzinerberg and then discover a mysterious, medieval portal.
