Sobald das Abo erworben ist, läßt jedoch das Interesse der Trainer am Kunden schlagartig nach und eine Betreuung erfolgt nur noch eher pflichtgemäß und sporadisch. Problematisch ist auch die insbesondere an Vormittagen herrschende Kaffeehausatmosphäre, die dazu führt, das manche Geräte schon mal eine halbe Stunde lange besetzt sind, weil sie als Kaffeehausstühle mißbraucht werden. Auch die Besetzung eines Geräts mittels Handtuch, wie man sie von Deutschen im Italienurlaub kennt, ist üblich. Die doch sehr hohen Preisen würden eine bessere Betreuung und weniger Kaffeehaus (die Trainer agieren auch als Kellner, was natürlich ablenkt) erfordern. Wide range of devices. Allgemein gestaltete sich hier alles sehr umständlich!! Wir werden uns um ein anderes Studio umschauen! Betonung liegt auf ausreichend da man aufgrund Inhaberänderungen mit weniger Platz auskommen musste - dies gelang meiner Meinung nach sehr gut. Die Trainerinnen sind bemüht, schade das Markus nicht mehr da ist allerdings weiterhin bemühtes Team. Mein Hauptmanko ist Preisleistung, im Vergleich mit der direkten Konkurrenz in Rosental (cleverfit) hat man hier langanhaltende Abos und selbst diese sind weit teurer als die Konkurrenz (€ 39,99 / Monat stehts kündbar bei cleverfit währenddessen die „günstigsten“ 2 Jahresverträge im Injoy € 69,- / Monat kosten) Das Hauptaugenmerk vom Injoy sind ganz klar ältere Kunden welche auch € 69,- oder mehr problemlos verkraften und diverse Kurse i.e. Skiturnen nutzen möchten. Gerade für junge Leute oder prinzipiell Personen die vorhaben nur bei Geräten zu trainieren und weder von div. Turnkursen noch von der leider umständlich nutzbaren Sauna gebrauch machen möchten muss man leider klar vom Inkoy Köflach abraten, hier sind die Angebote als auch Öffnungszeiten der Konkurrenz einfach weit attraktiver. Ein großer Vorteil entsteht durch das Ganze allerdings, außer Vormittags, wo viele Senioren das Injoy nutzen ist es aufgrund des unattraktiven Angebots am späten Nachmittag ziemlich leer - vor allem am Wochenende hat man das Studio fast für sich alleine Allocation in device selection absolutely sufficient.
