Trotz dieser kurzen Zeit ist man ausgepowert und hat hinterher das Gefühl, eine kleine Ewigkeit an Krafttraining absolviert zu haben. Auch die anderen Geräte sowie die persönliche Beratung sind Top! Für Berufstätige oder Personen die nicht soviel Zeit in ihre Fitness bzw. Gesundheit investieren wollen oder können - einfach perfekt! Thanks to Luky and his competent and always good-humored team, 20 minutes of electricity are mostly! pure pleasure. Despite this short time, you are exhausted and afterwards have the feeling of having completed a little eternity of strength training. The other devices and the personal advice are also great! For professionals or people who do not want to or cannot invest so much time in their fitness or health - simply perfect!
