P	Passion Pferd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man die Post betritt merkt man schon die latent angespannte Stimmung. Die ältere Dame vor mir bat höfflich um einen Erlagschein und wurde darauf hin recht unfreundlich drauf hingewiesen den Automaten im Foyer zu nutzen. Auch die Auskunft mir gegenüber war in einem nicht besonders freundlichen Ton . Grundsätzlich meide ich es ja Stationen zu beurteilen , da es ja auch die Tagesverfassung der jeweilig involvierten Personen ankommt ect. Jedoch ist ein derartiges Erlebnis kein Einzelfall. When you enter the post office you already notice the latent tense mood. The older lady in front of me politely asked for a collateral note and was pointed out quite unfriendly on it to use the machine in the foyer. The information to me was in a not particularly friendly tone. Basically, I avoid it to assess stations, since it also depends on the daily constitution of the respective persons involved ect. However, such an experience is not an isolated case.
f	finaltaem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man muss Glück haben, dass der Selbsfrankierungsautomat mal funktioniert... weiß nicht wie oft ich schon dort war und er nicht funktioniert hat und man dann natürlich noch einmal hinfahren muss. Der Scanner bei der Paketbox funktioniert auch nicht richtig denn man muss erst mal gefühlt eine halbe Stunde probieren bis er den Strichcode erkennt.. You have to be lucky that the self-franking machine works ... I don't know how many times I've been there and it didn't work and then of course you have to go back again. The scanner at the parcel box doesn't work properly either because you have to try it for half an hour until it recognizes the barcode.
P	Peter W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu Beginn war ich nicht so begeistert von der Filiale, seit einigen Wochen hat es sich aber deutlich gebessert. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind freundlich und klären Fragen auf. Einzig der Einwurf selbst frankierter Pakete klappt verhältnismäßig oft nicht (beim Einwurfschacht steht dann eine Fehlermeldung). Dann muss man mit dem bereits frankierten Paket nach Voitsberg fahren... At the beginning I wasn't that enthusiastic about the branch, but things have improved significantly in the last few weeks. The staff are friendly and answer questions. Only the dropping of self-franked parcels does not work relatively often (there is an error message at the drop-in chute). Then you have to drive to Voitsberg with the already franked parcel ...
