Great range and great selection. Friendly staff - unfortunately extremely expensive. Difficult for a "normal earner" to handle.
S	Second Spam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Planung wurde nicht an den Installateur weiter geleitet und jetzt auf Druck, dass das Bad fertig werden muss war keine Möglichkeit gegeben die Preise zu vergleichen. Ziemlich sicher nicht mit Absicht, aber für mich heißt das hohe Mehrkosten ohne die Möglichkeit auf ein entgegenkommen von Inhaus. Bei der Beratung gabs aber nichts zu beanstanden. The planning was not forwarded to the installer and now on pressure that the bathroom had to be done there was no way to compare the prices. Quite certainly not on purpose, but for me that means high extra costs without the possibility of accommodating in-house. The advice gabs but nothing to complain about.

Wir haben ein Doppelwaschbecken gekauft, sieht schön aus ist funktionell aber eine Katastrophe! Wie kann man so etwas nur Produzieren bzw. Verkaufen! Ein Waschbecken bei dem das Wasser stehen bleibt und die schön versteckten Überläufe fangen an zu stinken, leider kann man diese nicht reinigen! There are many beautiful things to see, but nothing more. The advice is bad in retrospect! We bought a double washbasin, it looks nice is functional but a disaster! How can you just produce or sell something like that! A washbasin where the water stops and the nicely hidden overflows start to stink, unfortunately you can't clean them!

Bin mit meiner Frau extra nach Hohenems gefahren um für unser Eigenheim, 2 WC's und 1 Badezimmer sämtliche Artikel auszusuchen. Wir haben um einen Rückruf gebeten. Nach mehrmaliger Urgenz und versprochener Rückrufe haben wir bis Dato noch nichts erhalten noch was gehört. Wir werden unser Geld in einer anderen Firma investieren . In Hohenems scheint genug vorhanden zu sein - danke für nichts!! Heard a lot about it - just get warm air. I drove to Hohenems with my wife to pick out all the items for our own home, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. We asked for a call back. After several urges and promised callbacks, we have not received or heard anything up to now. We will invest our money in another company. There seems to be enough in Hohenems - thanks for nothing !!
J	Julia Strickner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei unserem Neubau wurden die falschen Armaturen geliefert wie im Auftrag standen was einen Rattenschwanz an anrufen, nachlaufen, reklamieren nach sich zog. trotz kaputter Tür beim Badezimmerschrank wurde dieser verbaut. Ob die Tür noch ausgetauscht wird ist fraglich. Leider kann ich die Rezession der anderen nur Bestätigen: Obwohl das aussuchen vorher toll, die Auswahl spitze ist und der Verkäufer freundlich und bemüht war stellt sich das jetzt als ein Theater der Extraklasse raus. Es erfolgt kein Rückruf, kein Verständnis, kein Bemühen um Lösung des Problemes. Bei so einem hohen Preis eine Unverschämtheit. So ein Theater ist bei einem Neubau überflüssig und extrem nervig. In our new building, the wrong fittings were delivered as it was in the order, which resulted in a rat tail calling, running after, complaining. Despite the broken door in the bathroom cabinet, it was built in. It is questionable whether the door will be replaced. Unfortunately, I can only confirm the recession of the others: Although the choice was great beforehand, the selection is great and the seller was friendly and hard-working, it now turns out to be a top-class theater. There is no recall, no understanding, no effort to solve the problem. At such a high price, an outrage. A theater like this is superfluous and extremely annoying in a new building.
C	Claus Erhard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fragwürdiges Erlebnis bei Inhaus. Wir wollen unser Bad umbauen und hatten einen Termin bei Inhaus. Das Angebot wurde erstellt und ausgemacht, mit dem Berater, das wir das nach Hause bekommen. Jetzt sagte mir Inhaus das sie das Angebot nicht an mich schicken können und sie mir auch nicht sagen was die Einrichtung kostet. Fazit: Ich darf das Zeug kaufen und bezahlen, ich darf aber nicht vorab wissen was es kostet. Naja braucht ja auch keiner die kosten vorab für die Planung eines Umbaus. Weiter so Inhaus ihr habt ja gott sei dank keine monopolstellung. Questionable experience at Inhaus. We want to remodel our bathroom and had an appointment with Inhaus. The offer was created and agreed with the consultant that we get that home. Now Inhaus told me that they cannot send the offer to me and they also do not tell me what the facility will cost. Conclusion: I am allowed to buy and pay for the stuff, but I am not allowed to know what it will cost in advance. Well, nobody needs the costs in advance for planning a renovation. Keep it up in-house thank god you don't have a monopoly position.
