★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma ComputerFux / Hr. Waibel haben unser Unternehmen bestens mit einer End-of-Year Investition in Form einer neuen Workstation unterstützt. Rechnungslegung und Lieferung wurden rechtzeitig vor Silvester durchgeführt, wodurch das neue Anlagegut noch rechtzeitig AfA-wirksam in Betrieb genommen werden konnte. Herr Waibel hat mit seiner freundlichen, kompetenten & direkten Art überzeugt, den Computer wie gewünscht zusammengebaut und bei Lieferengpässen einzelner Komponenten ensprechend passende Alternativkomponenten vorgeschlagen und nach Abstimmung verbaut.
Die Lieferung erfolgte gut verpackt frei Haus durch Herrn Waibel persönlich. Der Computer kam bereits vorkonfiguriert inkl. Virenschutz und den gängisten Kommunikationsplattformen (Whatsapp, Zoom, Teamviewer, AnyConnect), allen gängigen Browsern (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) sowie allen aktuellen Updates vorinstalliert.
Wir können Herrn Waibel und sein Unternehmen wärmstens weiterempfehlen, werden in Zukunft gerne wieder auf seine Dienste zugreifen und hoffen, dass er sich langfristig am Markt etablieren kann.

 The company ComputerFux / Mr. Waibel supported our company with an end-of-year investment in the form of a new workstation. Invoicing and delivery were carried out in good time before New Year's Eve, which meant that the new assets could still be put into operation in good time with depreciation. Mr. Waibel convinced with his friendly, competent & direct manner, assembled the computer as desired and, in the event of delivery bottlenecks of individual components, suggested suitable alternative components and installed them after consultation.
The delivery was well packaged and free of charge by Mr. Waibel personally. The computer came pre-configured including virus protection and the most common communication platforms (Whatsapp, Zoom, Teamviewer, AnyConnect), all common browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) and all current updates pre-installed.
We can warmly recommend Mr. Waibel and his company, we will be happy to use his services again in the future and hope that he can establish himself on the market in the long term.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte einen alten Rechner mit Windows 7. Über nach teilte mir mein Computer mit, dass es keine Updates mehr geben wird. Hatte angerufen und das Problem mit dem veralteten Betriebssystem mitgeteilt. Bin dann sofort herzlich eingeladen worden den PC vorbeizubringen und nach nur 1h konnte ich diesen wieder abholen - aktualisiert auf die neueste Windows 10 Version. Sehr schneller, kompetenter und freundlicher Computerservice. Werde mich zukünftig bei Problemen immer wieder gerne melden. Danke sehr!
I had an old computer with Windows 7. About after my computer informed me that there will be no more updates. Called and reported the problem with the outdated operating system. I was then immediately invited to bring the PC over and after only 1 hour I was able to pick it up again - updated to the latest Windows 10 version. Very fast, competent and friendly computer service. I will always be happy to report any problems in the future. Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schnell. Ganz besonders Andreas. Sehr schnelle Reaktionszeiten und er hat wirklich gute, effektive Lösungen für den Kunden. Was dazu führt, dass man Lust hat gewisse Dinge weiterzudenken und -entwickeln. Ich würde jederzeit mit ihm zusammenarbeiten, weil ich selber sehr schnell denke und handle. Für jemand der nachdenken muss, wäre es gut es ihm zu sagen. ;)
Very fast. Especially Andreas. Very fast response times and he has really good, effective solutions for the customer. Which leads to the desire to think and develop certain things. I would work with him at any time because I think and act very quickly myself. For someone who has to think, it would be good to tell him. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Qualität der Beratung und Umsetzung war hervorragend, die nachhaltige Leistung werde ich wohl erst in den kommenden Wochen und Monaten über die Praxis im Alltag so richtig beurteilen können. Aber ausgehend von den bisher gemachten Erfahrungen zweifle ich keinen Moment daran, auch diesbezüglich nicht enttäuscht zu werden. Von meiner Seilte kann ich somit nur eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung abgeben!
The quality of the advice and implementation was excellent, and I will probably only be able to really assess sustainable performance in the coming weeks and months through everyday practice. But based on the experience so far, I have no doubt that I won't be disappointed in this regard either. I can only give an unreserved recommendation of my rope!

Er kümmert sich auch außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten wenn ein „Problemchen“ auftaucht, zur falschen Zeit. Auch mit den beiden neuen Webseiten die uns erstellt wurden - sind wir sehr zufrieden!
Top service! We are very happy with Andreas. Everything is done quickly and reliably and there are never long waiting times. He also cares outside of business hours when a "problem" arises, at the wrong time. We are also very satisfied with the two new websites that were created for us!
