Ich würde sagen, so sollte es nicht sein.
Wenn man das Gefühl hat, dass man als neuer Kunde überflüssig ist, ist es zwar evtl. ein gutes Zeichen für die Firma, da hoffentlich die Auslastung sehr gut ist und sie keine Neukunden benötigen, aber wenn man dann nur herumgereicht wird und keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich, man macht Termine aus und sagt denn, dass diese übersehen wurden und meldet sich dann einfach nicht mehr, obwohl gesagt wurde, dass man am nächsten Tag zurückruft. Tnaja, ohne Worte ...
