He has proven to be extremely professional and has advised me throughout the entire process, from applying for credit until obtaining it. He has proven to be an extremely skilled person with excellent negotiation skills.Moreover he was always available for questions no matter when I called. He is an excellent english speaker, which was very important to me because I don't speak german very well.
