Auch die MtarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich und bemüht - ich habe vorerst die Finanzierung nicht in Anspruch nehmen müssen, aber wenn es doch einmal soweit ist, komme ich auf jeden Fall auf sein Büro zurück! Die Zusammenarbeit mit zahlreichen Banken bietet eine maßgeschneiderte persönliche Finanzplanung mit ausgesprochen attraktiven Angeboten. Ich kann die Kanzlei allen empfehlen, die eine Wohnung finanzieren möchten! Kudos to Mr. Viveros for the committed, competent and detailed advice! Banks after banks and a few mortgage brokers were unable to secure us a loan even though we earn an above-average income. I also hear horror stories about these loans taking forever to be approved. However, we were referred to “Pablo Viveros INFINA” indirectly by a United Nations colleague and we were able to secure a loan in a short amount of time. In the past, many banks and even colleagues have told us that it is IMPOSSIBLE for us to get a loan. I wish to tell those of you out there who may be considering to buy a property in Austria that this is in fact NOT true. All you need is professional help from professional people who know what they are doing. I highly and specifically recommend “Pablo Vivero INFINA” in Kolschitskygasse 15/14-15 in the 4th district (Ask for Mr. Gregor Amadei and Mr. Daniele Calvetti). They are very professional, efficient, friendly and respond to our queries quickly. Most importantly, they were able to secure us a good loan at a competitive rate in a very short amount of time. This enabled us to meet the super tight deadline given by the Seller and before interest rates climb further. I would say Mr. Amadei and Mr. Calvetti went above and beyond for us.
