Ich war nicht nur zufrieden sondern deren Leistungen gingen über vieles hinaus. Ich habe bereits zwei mal mit ihnen zusammengearbeitet und werde mich wieder an sie wenden, wenn ich eine neue Wohnung suche. Also vielen Dank - Gross & Klein Immobilien - Daumen hoch :) I find it unfair when I read other comments because its content does not reflect the company philosophy. I was not only satisfied but their achievements went beyond much. I have worked with them twice already and will contact them again when looking for a new apartment. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und das Unternehmen sehr kompetent und erfrischend Locker. Danke nachmals für die Vermittlung. Ich kann Sie nur weiterempfehlen. I searched for a suitable apartment for a very long time and got to know some real estate agents in the process. The process was straightforward and the company was very competent and refreshingly relaxed. Thanks again for the mediation. I can recommend it only.

Nachdem ich alle Unterlagen geschickt habe und auf eine antwort gewartet habe, sie haben mir diese email geschickt ((Bitte zuerst ordentliche Unterlagen - danach kann man entscheiden - wenn die Entscheidung positiv ist - kommt es zum Mietvertrag. )) wenn sie von uns Professionalität verlangst, aber Ihre Exposés wie ein Kind präsentierst ? Und die Wohnung seit August ist noch nicht vermietet, i wonder why ? Very unprofessional and disrespectful! The agent was smoking in the building when I checked the apartment. After I have sent all the documents and waited for an answer, you have sent me this email ((Please first proper documents - then you can decide - if the decision is positive - it comes to the rental contract.)) if you demand professionalism from us, but present your exposés like a child ? And the apartment hasn't been rented since August, i wonder why ?

So apartment number 2 got mediated. Everything went great from the organizational point of view to handing over the keys. Great team !!!!

Bis heute keinen Rückruf erhalten und somit keinerlei Infos. Ein sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten. Nicht empfehlenswert. After the viewing, I tried to contact the broker several times, but unfortunately I never reached her. To this day I have not received a callback and therefore no information. Very unprofessional behavior. Not recommended.

Die Besichtigung konnte ich unkompliziert für den selben Tag ausmachen, und hatte dann einen Makler der sich wirklich mit der Wohnung und Umgebung auskannte, jede Frage beantwortet hat, und durchwegs freundlich war. Die Abwicklung des Mietvertrages ging zeitgerecht und professionell zu. Bei Fragen wurde prompt geantwortet. Um die Zeit zwischen Besichtigung und Mietvertrag zu überbrücken ließ man mir sogar extra nocheinmal Fotos zukommen. I had been looking for an apartment for a few months, and Groß & Klein Immobilien was the first real estate agency that was actually friendly and didn't see you as a walking commission, but actually as a customer. I was able to easily arrange the viewing for the same day, and then had a broker who really knew the apartment and the area, answered every question and was consistently friendly. The rental agreement was processed in a timely and professional manner. Questions were answered promptly. In order to bridge the time between the viewing and the rental agreement, I was even sent additional photos.
