★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte einen "Techniker" dieser Fa. für ein normales Service meiner WB.bestellt. Der hat lange in der Steuerung herum gedrückt. Schlussendlich ist jetzt meine Anlage defekt und der Techniker behauptet das war schon, obwohl vor seinem Zutun die Anlage gelaufen ist.
Die Frechheit noch zu besitzen, mich mit einer defekten Heizung zurück zu lassen, aber eine Rechnung schicken für das sogenannte Service schlägt dem Fass den Boden aus.
Bitte meidet diese Firma, ich habe jetzt einen Anwalt einschalten müssen.
I had ordered a "technician" from this company for a normal service of my WB. He pushed around in the controls for a long time. In the end, my system is now defective and the technician claims that it was, even though the system was running before he did anything.
Still having the cheek to leave me with a defective heater, but sending an invoice for the so-called service knocks the bottom out of the barrel.
Please avoid this company, I have now had to bring in a lawyer.
