★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wärmetauscher innerhalb 7 Jahre 2 mal durchgerostet. Sonnenkraft hatte kein Interesse an irgendwelche Art von Kulanz mir gegenüber. Schade das man so als ( bis jetzt ) treuer Kunde abserviert wird.
Heat exchanger rusted through twice within 7 years. Solar Power was not interested in any kind of goodwill towards me. It's a shame that you (as of now) are loyal customers.

Unser heimische Firma, die die Anlage gebaut hat, war sichtlich überfordert und hat uns deshalb einen Austausch der gesamten Steuerung mit aufwändigen Installationsarbeiten angeboten. Kostenvoranschlag: € 3000.-
Daraufhin haben wir Sonnenkraft St. Veit an der Glan kontaktiert. Ihre
sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat uns umgehend Ihren Servicetechniker,
Herrn Gratzl (ich hoffe, der Name stimmt) geschickt, dem eine für mich sichtlich komplizierte Reparatur des Defekts gelungen ist, und der gleich die ganze Anlage überprüft und neu eingestellt hat.
Ganz großes Lob Ihrem Techniker und dem Kundendienst!

Our solar system (heating + hot water), installed in June 2008, had a defect (water leakage). Our local company that built the system was visibly overwhelmed and therefore offered us an exchange of the entire control system with extensive installation work. Estimate: € 3000.-
We then contacted Sonnenkraft St. Veit an der Glan. Your
very friendly employee immediately got us your service technician,
Mr Gratzl (I hope the name is correct), who succeeded in repairing the defect, which was clearly complicated for me, and who immediately checked and readjusted the entire system.
Kudos to your technician and customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warmwasser Solaranlage Comfort Plus
nach 14 Tagen 2 Klebeverbindungen undicht, Austausch
nach 2 Jahren kein Warmwasser, 1. Etage, Heizungsdruck zu niedrig, Luftblase im Bogen verhindert Warmwasser Transport, Entlüftungstopf nachträglich behebt das Problem nach neu Befüllung.
nach 5 Jahren Solarpumpe beim Belademodul durchgebrannt, kaputt
nach 7 Jahren Steuerung der Solaranlage Platine defekt, kompl. neue Steuerung
nach 10 Jahren Ausgleichsbehälter defekt und jetzt nach 14 Jahren Wärmetauscher beim Frischwasser Modul FWM 35 undicht.
Nachdem beide Wandmodule mit einer grauen Kunststoff Verkleidung verschlossen sind sind Schäden leider erst durch das entfernen erkennbar. Ich lasse jetzt beide Wandmodule frei.
Meine Bitte lasst die Finger von solchen Produkten, sämtliche Auszeichnungen die diese Firma bekommen hat bzw. bekommt sind einfach nicht nachvollziehbar. Das sind alles Ramschprodukte mit einem unverschämten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Sucht einfach mal im Internet ihr werdet nur Beschwerden finden, sorry aber so geht`s nicht!

after 14 days 2 adhesive joints leaking, exchange
No hot water after 2 years, 1st floor, heating pressure too low, air bubble in the arch prevents hot water from being transported, the ventilation plug subsequently corrects the problem after refilling.
After 5 years the solar pump on the loading module burned out, broken
after 7 years control of the solar system circuit board defective, compl. new control
after 10 years the expansion tank is defective and now after 14 years the heat exchanger in the fresh water module FWM 35 is leaking.
After both wall modules are closed with a gray plastic panel, damage can unfortunately only be seen when they are removed. I am now leaving both wall modules free.
My request to keep your hands off such products, all awards that this company has received or receives are simply incomprehensible. These are all junk products with an outrageous price / performance ratio. Just search the internet you will only find complaints, sorry but it doesn't work that way!

Heute: weder Service, noch Support, keine Fachpartner mehr im Osten Deutschlands. Ersatzteile muss man sich über Kunstgriffe und aus dem Internet beschaffen. Einfach nur schlecht und mit 0 Service. Das Produkt selbst ist scheinbar mehr oder weniger zusammengefügt aus OEM Komponenten...
Plant was put into operation in 2008. At that time also with service in Germany.
Today: neither service nor support, no more specialist partners in eastern Germany. Spare parts have to be obtained through artifice and from the Internet. Just bad and with 0 service. The product itself appears to be more or less assembled from OEM components...
