Diese ist deckungsgleich zu Ihrer Dienstleistung: Fehlerhaft & Unvollständig 31.07.2020 - ca 14:35 Zuerst zu den Positiven Punkten: -sauberes, schönes Ambiente -schnelle Terminvereinbarung -freundlicher Empfang Das war's leider schon. Als Info: ich habe Natur Nägel, und war für eine normale Maniküre inkl Klarlack dort. Die Nägel sind nun ungleich in Form und Länge. Trotz mehrmaligem Hinweis, sind sie immer noch unsauber gefeilt. Und die Krönung: Man hat mir ins Nagelbett geschnitten und hierbei kam nur die Aussage, ich zitiere:"Das passiert manchmal." Schade, der Salon wäre bei mir ums Eck, hätte Stammkunden werden können... Fazit: Nie wieder und definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Edit: 07/31/2020 - approx. 4:16 pm - to the operator's answer: Thank you for your response! As info: I have natural nails, and was there for a normal manicure including clear varnish. The nails are now unequal in shape and length. Despite repeated references, they are still filthy messy. And the crowning glory: They cut my nail bed and the only thing I got was the statement, I quote: "That happens sometimes." It's a shame, the salon would be around the corner from me and could have become regular customers ... Conclusion: never again and definitely not to be recommended.
