L	Laura Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super liebevolle Dame die einen jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Sehr bequeme Betten und ein sehr sauberes Bad. Das Frühstück war super reichhaltig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Frau Knitel übernachten. Super loving lady who reads every wish from her eyes. Very comfortable beds and a very clean bathroom. The breakfast was very rich. We would stay with Mrs. Knitel again at any time.

La pensión es una casa antigua atendida por sus propios dueños, quienes no dudan en hacer lo que esté a su alcance por ayudar. Es muy bonita y está muy bien ambientada, el desayuno es muy completo y de buena calidad, ideal para quienes tienen que caminar todo el día. What stands out in this pension over any other place where I have stayed, is the warmth of its people. The pension is an old house run by its own owners, who do not hesitate to do what is in their power to help. It is very beautiful and it is very well set, the breakfast is very complete and of good quality, ideal for those who have to walk all day.
M	Markus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Pension direkt in Holzgau. Wir waren dort im Rahmen des E5. Das Zimmer war schön groß und sauber. Wir haben dort sehr gut geschlafen. Frau Knitel war sehr sehr freundlich und hat uns ein tolles Frühstück gemacht!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Very nice pension right in Holzgau. We were there as part of the E5. The room was a good size and clean. We slept very well there. Mrs. Knitel was very, very friendly and made us a great breakfast! We would stay there again anytime.

Wir sind aus Spielmannsau bis Holzgau gelaufen. Es waren circa 6-6,5 Stunden (ohne Pausen) und ich empfehle vor 10 Uhr aus Spielmannsau loszulaufen! Das Frühstück war sehr sehr lecker! The pension was great! We were greeted warmly and given tips for our further route on the E5 to Merano. We walked from Spielmannsau to Holzgau. It was about 6-6.5 hours (without breaks) and I recommend starting out from Spielmannsau before 10 am! The breakfast was delicious!
S	Sven Blume on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Pension in einem schönen Tal. Frau Knitel ist sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, um uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Gegenüber ist ein super Restaurant (zum Bären) mit sehr leckerem Kaiserschmarren. Vor der Pension fließt ein Fluss, was nachts wirklich sehr entspannend ist. Parken auf reservierten Parkplätzen direkt an der Pension. Great pension in a beautiful valley. Ms. Knitel is very friendly and went out of her way to meet all of our needs. Opposite is a great restaurant (zum Bären) with very tasty Kaiserschmarren. A river flows in front of the pension, which is really relaxing at night. Parking in reserved parking spaces directly at the guest house.

Am meisten gefiel mir hier die sehr liebevoll und gastfreundliche Hauswirtin. Ich kann jedem also diese Pension empfehlen <3 A super nice, cozy and somewhat rustic guesthouse. The rooms are huge, each with its own shower and bath. Breakfast was great too. Most of all I liked the very loving and hospitable landlady. So I can recommend this pension to everyone <3

Ich war letztes Jahr Anfang September dort 1 Woche zu Gast um meinen Urlaub in den Bergen zu verbringen. Die gemütliche und urige Pension der Frau Knittel und Ihren Kindern sagte mir absolut zu. Die betagte Dame kümmert sich absolut reizend um Ihre Gäste, sorgt sich sogar wenn man erst spät von seiner Wanderung zurück kommt. Man fühlt sich hier richtig gut aufgehoben, fast wie daheim. Ich kann mich nur mehreren vor mir anschließen, wenn mann kein 5 Sterne Luxus Hotel mit allem schick schnack sucht ist man hier richtig aufgehoben. Preis/Leistung ist unschlagbar. Ein reichliches Frühstück steht jedem zu, sogar eine Brotzeit für die Wanderung kann man sich schmieren und mitnehmen. 5 Sterne, alle Daumen hoch und ein herzliches Dankeschön für die tolle Woche bei Ihnen im schönen Lechtal. I stayed there for 1 week at the beginning of September last year to spend my vacation in the mountains. The cozy and rustic pension of Mrs. Knittel and her children appealed to me absolutely. The elderly lady takes care of her guests absolutely lovely, even if you come back late from your hike. You feel really well looked after here, almost like at home. I can only agree with several in front of me, if you're not looking for a 5 star luxury hotel with all the fancy stuff, you've come to the right place. Value for money is unbeatable. Everyone is entitled to a hearty breakfast, and you can even spread a snack for the hike and take it with you. 5 stars, all thumbs up and a big thank you for the great week with you in the beautiful Lech Valley. L	Line on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely place to stay! Mrs. Knitel is a lovely woman, who helped us out with everything. The place is old and the kitchen could use a renovation, but the warm and welcoming atmosphere is absolutely worth it. We were able to cook our own meal here, which saves some money, and the breakfast was really good as well, served personally by mrs. Knitel. Would definitely come back!
