H	Horst Schaloske on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich auf einer Buchungsplattform eine schlechte Bewertung gelesen habe und dort nicht kommentieren darf, tue ich es hier. Ich war nun schon insgesamt mehrere Wochen, als Ausgangspunkt für den Lechweg und seine Schleifen, immer mit Halbpension in der Pension. Das Essen und das Frühstücksbuffet kann ich mir nicht besser oder vielfältiger vorstellen und somit eine schlechte Bewertung absolut nicht verstehen. Vielleicht haben dem Schreiber die goldenen Teller und die Sterne über der Tür gefehlt. Für mich ist diese Pension in jeder Beziehung, ob Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, gute Bedienung, sowie Lage, mit einer wunderschönen Terasse sehr gut, und somit auch sehr zu empfehlen. After reading a bad review on a booking platform and not allowed to comment there, I do it here. I've been to the guesthouse for several weeks now, as a starting point for the Lechweg and its loops, always with half board. I can't imagine the food and the breakfast buffet to be better or more varied and therefore absolutely cannot understand a bad review. Perhaps the clerk was missing the gold plates and the stars over the door. For me, this pension is very good in every respect, whether cleanliness, friendliness, good service, as well as the location, with a beautiful terrace, and therefore very recommendable.
C	Christoph Ich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlicher Service, aber beim Essen wird so viel wie nur möglich auf Convenience Produkte gesetzt, die Preise aber dafür etwas zu hoch. Vielleicht die doch sehr umfangreiche Karte stark verkleinern und dafür mit frischen Produkten kochen. Vielleicht kommen wir dann wieder. Very friendly service, but when it comes to food, they focus on convenience products as much as possible, but the prices are a bit too high for that. Maybe reduce the very extensive menu and cook with fresh products. Maybe we'll come back then.

Sauberkeit top, Bette sind bequeme und die Familie ist sehr nett. Preis-Leistung stimmt 100% Great pension and restaurant. We booked the room “last minute” and were very pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Cleanliness is great, beds are comfortable and the family is very nice. Price-performance ratio is 100%

Die Köchin zaubert jeden Tag was leckeres auf dem Tisch.kann es nur weiterempfehlen Very nice here, delicious food, nice accommodation, nice service. The cheffin always has an open ear for wishes. The cook conjures up something delicious on the table every day. I can only recommend it

Personal ist sehr nett und vor allem ist durchgehend bis 20:30h geöffnet. Gehört zu unseren Favoriten in Holzgau. Excellent! Delicious food, we didn't have anything with a total of 4 dishes that didn't taste good. Everything was fresh and appetizing. The staff is very nice and, above all, they are open all the time until 8:30 p.m. Belongs to our favorites in Holzgau.

She suggested a shower and a drink/food would make things better. And they did! :) She lent us her phone charger (critical item these days) and asked us what else she could help us with. Since we were hiking, she even offered backpacks and poles. V uncommon to Germany/Austria, the restaurant has vegetarian and Gluten-free options. You can't go wrong with this place if you are looking for a modest and moderate priced hotel. It is convenient to everything in the area and makes a great home base.
