★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't stay at the hotel, just had the food and it wasn't up to expected standard. The waiter was very nice though. Guess if you stay there and get the food included it might be ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good: varied menu with food of decent quality, friendly staff, good location (center of town with plenty of parking space nearby). The very bad: several days in advance we had booked a table for 6 people at 6pm and arrived perfectly on time. Just over 1 hour later, after having had only a simple main course (no starter, no soup, no special dish) and asking for dessert, we were told without prior warning to move to the hotel lobby for ice cream and coffee so the table could be offered to additional diners. After that, service was predictively slow and cumbersome. Other guests looked at us like we were alien creatures locked up in a zoo. Very bad experience and a sour note to an otherwise excellent alpine holiday.
