p	pia sammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beantwortung von Mails ist, genauso wie Kundenfreundlichkeit, eine hohe Kunst. Dass Fehler passieren, ist menschlich. Einem Kunden jedoch am Telefon das Gefühl zu vermitteln, sich für den Anruf entschuldigen zu müssen, ist eher suboptimal. Dies gilt mMn auch für die komplette Ignoranz von Anfragen. Zum Schluss bleibt immer noch die Hoffnung, dass es sich hierbei nur um einen kleinen Schnitzer handelt und ich einfach einen schlechten Tag erwischt habe. Answering e-mails, like customer friendliness, is a fine art. It is human for mistakes to happen. However, making a customer feel like they have to apologize for the call on the phone is less than ideal. This also applies to the complete ignorance of requests. In the end, there is still hope that this is just a minor blunder and that I just had a bad day.

Simply incompetent, knowing nothing, useless for anything! Simply completely free of charge this property management. You have to do their job, a bottomless cheek!
