Reviews will probably be deleted here. I had a lot of problems with incorrect debits 3 years ago. Absolutely dishonest. Hands off!

Warum schreibt man in der Werbeaussendung überhaupt nichts vom Gewichtdes Artikels?!!!! Auf der Webseite findet man dan verschämt LxB und das Gewicht (1/100 Unze). Die GUTEN KUNDEN nehmen nicht zur Kennnis, dass das NUR 0,283 GRAMM sind!!! Man könnte auch sagen: ETWAS „DÜNN“ ? Und was bitte, hat der orf , der in der Werbung ebenfalls erwähnt wird, damit zu tun? (Korr am 7.2.22 in GROSSBUCHSTABEN ) Using the example "Mundl celebrates New Year's Eve": It would just be laughable if you didn't give this junk to a lot of people (probably more mentally XXXXXXX) needed the money for it! Why don't you write anything about the weight of the article in the mailing?!!!! On the website you can find the LxW and the weight (1/100 ounce). The GOOD CUSTOMERS don't realize that this is ONLY 0.283 GRAM!!! You could also say: SOMETHING "THIN"? And what does the orf, which is also mentioned in the advertisement, have to do with it? (Correction on 2/7/22 in CAPITAL LETTERS)

S	Schmand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles top, allerdings mit einer Ausnahme! Seit nun knapp 2 Jahren kehre ich regemäßig zurück und finde meist monatlich den einen oder anderen "Schatz". Sowohl die Auswahl als auch der Service sprechen deutlich für das Münz-Institut. Die Möglichkeit jedwedes Gut vor Kauf zu inspizieren und im Falle des Falles kostenfrei zurück zu senden ebenfalls. Eigentlich würde ich hier satte 5 von 5 geben, wer jedoch die Überschrift nicht übersehen hat, nun ja... Und dieser Abzug setzt wie folgt zusammen. Es gibt für mich keine reguläre Weise bei den Versandkosten zu sparen. Es gab eine Aktion, ein pauschal Betrag für 1 Jahr ohne Versandkosten wenn ich mich recht erinnere. An sich ein hervorragendes Angebot, allerdings nur einmalig. Kommt es nun vor (wie bei mir), dass man öfter etwas bestellt, werden jedes Mal Versandkosten berechnet. Und falls man etwas im Sale erwirbt, kann es auch vorkommen, dass die Versandkosten höher sind als die eigentlichen Kosten. Selbstverständlich gibt es die Option auf versandkostenfreie Zustellung, jedoch erst ab einem Mindestwert. (durchaus verständlich) Sind es aber mehrere kleine Bestellungen, muss jeder Versand extra bezahlt werden. Das wäre dann auch schon mein Vorschlag. MfG Everything was great, with one exception! For almost 2 years now I have been returning regularly and usually find one or the other "treasure" every month. Both the selection and the service clearly speak for the Münz-Institut. The possibility to inspect any good before purchase and to send it back free of charge if the worst comes to the worst. Actually, I would give this a whopping 5 out of 5, but if you haven't overlooked the headline, well... And this deduction is composed as follows. There is no regular way for me to save on shipping costs. There was a promotion, a lump sum for 1 year without shipping costs if I remember correctly. In itself an excellent offer, but only once. If it happens (like me) that you order something more often, shipping costs are calculated each time. And if you buy something in the sale, it can also happen that the shipping costs are higher than the actual costs. Of course there is the option of free delivery, but only from a minimum value. (quite understandable) But if there are several small orders, each shipping has to be paid extra. That would be my suggestion then. Kind regards

Ein einziges Mal war eine Münze nicht makellos und wurde problemlos ausgetauscht ! Auch gab es noch nie Probleme, wenn ich eine Serie beenden oder stornieren wollte - mein kurzer Anruf beim Service Team ( besonders FR. BINZ war stets sehr freundlich und kompetent ) - und alles wurde zu meiner Zufriedenheit erledigt !! Ich kann IMM zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Hi there, I have often ordered different coins from IMM for my little grandson. Only once was a coin not flawless and was exchanged without any problems! Also, there have never been any problems when I wanted to end or cancel a series - my quick call to the service team (especially FR. BINZ was always very friendly and competent) - and everything was done to my satisfaction! I can recommend IMM 100%!
