Einige Zeit später:
Ich werde 2x im jahr angerufen mit den Fragen: "Alles gut?" "Können wir beim Einwintern oder Auswintern helfen?"
So eine Betreuung ist mir bis jetzt noch nicht untergekommen und ist absolut lobenswert! Bin ich froh, dass ich mich für Raintec entschieden habe...!!!
A very friendly customer service! Price fully OK and always very accommodating. Products have quality and have worked flawlessly since installation. I am very satisfied and can only recommend the company!
Some time later:
I am called twice a year with the questions: "Are you all right?" "Can we help with wintering or wintering?"
So far I have never had such support and is absolutely commendable! I'm glad I chose Raintec ... !!!
