K	Katharina Schmalzhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte eine Gastro-/Coloskopie im ZIM9 und fand die Betreuung durch das Pflegepersonal und die Ärztin wunderbar! Habe mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Wartezeit vor Ort war auch ganz kurz. Ich empfehle das ZIM auf jeden Fall weiter! Had a gastroscopy / colonoscopy in ZIM9 and found the care provided by the nursing staff and the doctor wonderful! I felt very well looked after. Waiting time on site was also very short. I definitely recommend the ZIM!

Man fühlte sich jedoch von diversen Schalter- und Hilfsmitarbeiter SEHR grob, unfreundlich und ohne jegliche Emphatie oder einen Funken Menschlichkeit behandelt The doctors are not the central point of my dismay - I was satisfied with the competence of the doctors treated. One felt, however, from various counter and auxiliary staff VERY rude, unfriendly and treated without any empathy or a spark of humanity

Die verordnende Ärztin hat dies entweder nicht bemerkt oder ist nicht darauf eingegangen. Insgesamt kann ich das Gesprächsklima als desinteressiert bezeichnen. Mir wurde dann letztendlich ein Befund ausgehändigt, der mit eindeutigen Mängeln behaftet war.Da ich aus verständlichen Gründen ziemlich verärgert war,habe ich noch am selben Tag um einen Rückruf ersucht,da ich noch einige Punkte des Befundberichts klären wollte.Dieser ist allerdings bis heute nicht erfolgt. I visited this ordination on November 8th, 2021. The planned examinations were only partially carried out. The prescribing doctor either did not notice this or did not respond to it. Overall, I can describe the discussion climate as disinterested. In the end, I was given a report with clear deficiencies. Since I was quite angry for understandable reasons, I asked for a call back on the same day because I wanted to clarify a few points in the report, which is still to this day not happened.

Die Betreuung durch Dr Martys ist stets zuvorkommend und ich fühle mich bei diesem Internisten sehr gut aufgehoben. Auch scheint sich das endlose warten, bis das Telefon abgehoben wird und man jemand erreicht verbessert zu haben. Daher meine 5 Sterne. Bitte weiter so!! I can report with complete satisfaction on my visit to ZIM 9. The care provided by Dr Martys is always courteous and I feel that I am in very good hands with this internist. Also, the endless wait to pick up the phone and reach someone seems to have improved. Hence my 5 stars. Please continue!!

Prima auch, dass alles in der Praxis abgeklärt werden kann, ohne langwierige Gänge zu anderen Ärzten! I received super good care from both the cardiologists and the gastroenterologists. Highly competent and friendly at the same time! It's also great that everything can be clarified in the practice without lengthy trips to other doctors!
