F	Franz Plank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 4.01.2021 kaufte ich ca 1kg Sülze Nach der ersten Kostprobe durch meine Frau und durch Mich mussten wir leider feststellen das diese ungenießbar war(schmeckte nach Plastik und Essig und Knochensplitter). Am 7.01. 2021 reklamierten wir in dem Geschäft in der st. Josefstr..Die Sülze wurde zurück genommen, jedoch wurden uns die 20 dkg die wir kosteten und danach weggeworfen hatten Centgenau in Abzug bracht. So etwas hatte ich bei einem total ungeniessbarem Lebensmittel noch nie erlebt!!! Auf meine Frage nach dem Grund wurde mir als Antwort gegeben :Anordnung des Chefs!!! On January 4th, 2021 I bought about 1kg of brawn. After the first tasting by my wife and myself, we unfortunately had to find out that it was inedible (tasted like plastic and vinegar and broken bones). On January 7th In 2021 we complained in the shop on st. Josefstrasse .. The brawn was taken back, but we were deducted the 20 dkg that we had cost and then thrown away, down to the nearest cent. I had never experienced something like this with a totally inedible food! When I asked about the reason, the answer was: The boss's orders !!!
F	Frederic- Gallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer noch gute Ware ..und auf Vorbestellung gibts Innereien. Anscheinen haben aber der eine oder andere Angestellte die Firma verlassen. Der Ersatz ist nicht immer derselbe. Wird wohl etwas dauern. Ein absolutes Highlight seit Jahren ist der Koch und seine Gehilfin!! Die Freundlichkeit in Person. Das essen ist sehr gute Hausmannskost mit 2 täglich wechselnden Menus. Die heiße Theke ist sehr gut bestückt und schmackhaft. Die Bedienung durchwegs freundlich mal mehr mal weniger professionell. Wahrscheinlich sind auch Leute in der Ausbildung. in der kalte Jahreszeit kommen viele Leute und kaufen ganze Viehteile um Schinken, Speck und Würste herzustellen. Das Spricht für die Qualität und den Preis. Besonders sollte man noch vermerken das es ein sehr großes Sortiment an frischer und/oder gefrorener Tiernahrung gibt. Angeschlossen ist ein relative großes Restaurant wo man die Speisen auch verzehren kann. Sehr sauber und mit einer sehr großen Fenster Front. Im Sommer kann man draußen sitzenden es gibt ein offenes Zelt und man sitzt im Schatten. Parkplätze sind auch genügend vorhanden. PS Man sollte noch das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis betonen. Irgendwie komme ich immer zurück Still good goods .. and giblets can be ordered in advance. It seems that one or the other employee has left the company. The replacement is not always the same. Will probably take a while. The cook and his assistant have been an absolute highlight for years! The friendliness in person. The food is very good home-style cooking with 2 menus that change daily. The hot counter is very well stocked and tasty. The service is consistently friendly, sometimes more, sometimes less professional. There are probably people in training too. In the cold season many people come and buy whole parts of cattle to make ham, bacon and sausages. That speaks for the quality and the price. It should be noted in particular that there is a very large range of fresh and / or frozen pet food. Attached is a relatively large restaurant where you can eat the food. Very clean and with a very large window front. In summer you can sit outside there is an open tent and you can sit in the shade. There are also enough parking spaces. A	Andreas Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten uns sehr auf das Cordon Bleu gefreut. Leider war es sehr enttäuschend. Fleisch und Panade schmeckten alt und sehr trocken! Früher war das Essen wirklich empfehlenswert - das war scheinbar einmal !!!! We were really looking forward to the Cordon Bleu. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. Meat and breading tasted old and very dry! The food used to be really recommendable - that was apparently once !!
N	Niklas Kovatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte keine Maske auf.Da werde ich von der Verkäuferin die selbst keine auf hat angeschnautzt aber solche Personen bedienen wir hier nicht.Ok gibt auch ander Fleischer ich komme sicher nie mehr. I didn't have a mask on. I was snapped at by the saleswoman who didn't wear it herself, but we don't serve such people here. Ok, there are other butchers too, I'll definitely never come again.

Warenqualität auch ? Nice, service at the cash desk staff, friendly at the menu, at the hot buffet depending on the ability of the staff from very hard to perfect! Quality of goods too ?
M	Maximilian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren gestern das erste mal in der Fleischerei , da wir uns gedacht haben "schönes Wetter lass uns doch grillen" wir waren ziemlich fasziniert das man schon gewürztes Fleisch bekommt . Darauf hin haben wir uns noch dazu entschlossen ein paar Leberkäs Semmeln für den kleinen Hunger mitzunehmen. Alles hatte einen super Geschmack der Preis hat auch gestimmt, die Angestellten super freundlich kommen gerne wieder. Yesterday we went to the butcher's for the first time because we thought "nice weather let's have a barbecue" we were quite fascinated that you can already get seasoned meat. We then decided to take some meat loaf rolls with us for when we were hungry. Everything tasted great, the price was right, the staff was super friendly and would love to come back.
