Bei der Beratung wird einem nichts aufgeschwatzt sondern man geht auf die Wünsche des Kunden ein und steht mit Fachwissen und Knowhow hinter sehr guten Produkten. Sie hat die versprochenen 10 Jahre durchgehalten, aber den Einbau einer Haustür die nur so kurz hält kann man wirklich niemandem empfehlen. Fotos bei Bedarf gerne.. Nach 2 Wochen nachtelefoniert, keiner hat sich ausgekannt und mir wurde ein Rückruf versprochen. Zumindest der Rückruf erfolgte darauf. Der Herr am Telefon brachte einige Argumente, weshalb Internorm super toll und der Wettbewerb schlecht sein sollte. Und er versprach das Angebot in den nächsten Tagen zu senden. Nun nach fast 2 Monaten immer noch keine Reaktion - weder ein Angebot, noch ein Feedback, dass es sich verzögert oder was sonst los ist. Rückruf oder dergleichen ist auch zuviel verlangt. Von Josko erhielten wir wirklich eine perfekte Beratung, ein Angebot eineinhalb von 4 Tagen und einen fairen Preis. Absolutely bad service! Request sent, neither a thank you for the request nor a confirmation of any other kind that the request is processed. After 2 weeks nachtelefoniert, no one has known and I was promised a callback. At least the recall took place on it. The gentleman on the phone came up with some arguments why Internorm should be great and the competition bad. And he promised to send the offer in the next few days. Now after almost 2 months still no reaction - neither an offer nor a feedback that it is delayed or what else is going on. Callback or the like is too much to ask. From Josko we really got a perfect consultation, an offer one and a half days and a fair price.

Ich wurde unfreundlich empfangen, als ob ich ein Fremdkörper in diesem Verkaufslokal wäre und hier nichts zu suchen hätte. Meine Fragen wurden kurz und knapp beantwortet, ohne weiter darauf einzugehen. Wenn ich schon 30-40k ausgeben "möchte", wäre zumindest eine ordentliche Beratung wünschenswert.
