Eine Auswahl der bedeutendsten Technologiefirmen der Steiermark befinden sich auf diesem Gelände. Die Parkhäuser I und II sind reine Stahlkonstruktionen und stehen direkt an der Grenze zum Freizeitzentrum Schwarzl. Die Parkhäuser sind do gross, dass mit Leichtigkeit alle Bediensteten der IT-Firmen eingestellt werden können. Nachdem es in der Gegend immer wieder große Gewitterherde mit Hagelniederschläge gibt sind die Parkhäuser ein sicherer Hafen für die fahrbaren Untersätze der im IBC-Businescenter arbeitenden Angestellten.
 The PARKHAUS of the IBC Business Center Entwicklungs- und Errichtungs-GmbH is located on the northern edge of the technology center in the south of Graz, directly on the A 9, exit Schachenwald in the municipality of Premstätten. A selection of the most important technology companies in Styria are located on this site. The multi-storey car parks I and II are pure steel constructions and are located directly on the border to the Schwarzl leisure center. The parking garages are so big that all employees of the IT companies can be hired with ease. Since there are always large thunderstorms with hail in the area, the parking garages are a safe haven for the mobile pedestals of the employees working in the IBC business center.
