M	Michael G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Parkscheinautomat lässt keine Kartenzahlung zu, Zahlung nur mit Münzen und 5€-Scheinen möglich. Zutritt ins Treppenhaus nur sehr kompliziert mit Bankomatkarte und Ticket möglich, keine Beschriftung im Lift! Als wir endlich beim Auto waren, haben wir das Kind in den MaxiCosi gelegt, den Kinderwagen im Fahrzeug verstaut und sind zur Ausfahrt gefahren, wurden nicht rausgelassen, da wieder eine Zahlung notwenig war! Das kann nicht sein, dass man nicht mal 10 Minuten Zeit hat, alles zu verstauen und rauszufahren, mussten erneut das Ticket bezahlen! Bodenlose Frechheit! The parking ticket machine does not allow card payments, payments can only be made with coins and 5 € notes. Access to the stairwell is very difficult with an ATM card and ticket, no labeling in the lift! When we finally got to the car, we put the child in the MaxiCosi, stowed the stroller in the vehicle and drove to the exit, were not let out because a payment was necessary again! It can't be that you don't even have 10 minutes to stow everything and drive out, had to pay the ticket again! Bottomless insolence!

T	T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 Sterne weil günstig und zentral. Abzüge weil Kartenzahlung seit Ewigkeiten nicht funktioniert (siehe unter anderem Rezensionen von vor Monaten). Letztes mal (Sonntag 26.7.2020) war nicht mal eine Zahlung mit Scheinen möglich. Musste zum Lokal gegenüber wechseln gehen. BITTE behebt dieses leidige Problem mit der Kartenzahlung. Danke! 3 stars because cheap and central. Deductions because card payment has not worked for ages (see, among other things, reviews from months ago). Last time (Sunday, July 26th, 2020) it wasn't even possible to pay with bills. Had to go to the restaurant across the street. PLEASE fix this tiresome card payment problem. Thank you!
J	Johannes Conrad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Parkhaus ist zentral gelegen und verfügt über eine ordentliche Zuwegung. Wo es allerdings spannend wird ist beim Einparken. Der Kritik einiger anderer Rezensenten kann ich mich hier anschließen. Die Parkabstände sind für die heutigen Autos nicht mehr zeitgemäß, weil zu eng und zu klein. Ebenfalls war es für mich später spannend, den Parkscheinautomaten zu suchen, weil ich einen anderen Ausgang gewählt habe (es gibt zwei Aufzüge) und im Wohnhaus gelandet bin. Hier könnte durch einfach Hinweispfeile Parkautomat 50m mit entsprechender Richtung ausgeholfen werden. Im Parkhaus selbst ist auch die Rückwärtsfahrt via Spiegel angebracht, wenn man feststellt, dass in der ein oder anderen Deckrichtung alle Parkplätze belegt sind. Preis-Leitstung gesamt ist in Ordnung. Der Höchstparksatz laut Automat (Stand: Juli 2021) betrug 5,60 € für 24h was ich für Graz extrem fair halte. Alles in allem ein veritables Parkhaus, indes nicht für größere Fahrzeuge oder Fahranfänger geeignet. The parking garage is centrally located and has proper access. But where it gets exciting is when parking. I can join the criticism of some other reviewers here. The parking spaces are no longer appropriate for today's cars because they are too narrow and too small. It was also exciting for me later to look for the parking ticket machine because I chose a different exit (there are two elevators) and ended up in the apartment building. Here, a parking meter 50m with the appropriate direction could be helped out by simply indicating arrows. In the parking garage itself, it is also possible to drive backwards via a mirror if you notice that all parking spaces are occupied in one or the other deck direction. Total price performance is fine. The maximum parking rate according to the machine (as of July 2021) was € 5.60 for 24 hours, which I think is extremely fair for Graz. All in all a veritable parking garage, but not suitable for larger vehicles or novice drivers.
A	Alexander Wonisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wäre so einfach auf 5 Sterne zu kommen bei dem tollen Tages Preis , aber der Service Wille fällt wohl seit Jahren. Man findet alle Kleinigkeiten die hier bemängelt werden dutzendweise. Warum nicht mal die Beschilderungen überprüfen und so platzieren damit die Kunden den Automaten finden? Oder die Bankomat Funktion beim Automaten aktivieren? Schon wären viele negative Bewertungen hier weg. Will man aber scheinbar nicht. It would be so easy to get 5 stars at the great daily price, but the will to service has been falling for years. You can find all the little things that are criticized here by the dozen. Why not check the signs and position them so that customers can find the machine? Or activate the ATM function at the machine? Many negative reviews would be gone. But apparently you don't want to.
