Da mein Wagen, ein Mitsubishi Colt, nun schon neun Jahre alt ist, waren ein paar Ausbesserungen nötig. Mir wurden alle Mängel genannt und dann darauf hingewiesen, welche Reparaturen sinnvoll und welche notwendig wären. Die Bestellung der Ersatzteile verlief ohne Schwierigkeiten und prompt. Der Service war sehr freundlich und die Preisgestaltung war sehr fair. Ich bin vor Kurzem in die Gegend gezogen und werde Baumgartner wegen weiterer Angelegenheiten fix wieder aufsuchen. I was at Baumgartner for the first time because of a check after 57a. Since my car, a Mitsubishi Colt, is now nine years old, it needed a few repairs. I was told all the defects and then pointed out which repairs would make sense and which would be necessary. Ordering the spare parts was straightforward and easy. The service was very friendly and the pricing was very fair. I recently moved to the area and will visit Baumgartner again for other matters.
B	Benjamin Jandrisevits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relativ spontane Terminvergabe (Service und Pickerl und 1x kaputter Spiegel), super Service und was ich am besten find: Keine "wegschmeiß und neu kaufen" Werkstatt. Mein Spiegel war angeknackst und anstatt das ganze Ding komplett auszutauschen (so wie es 2 andere Werkstätten gemacht hätten, die ich gefragt hab) wurde nur das Glas ausgetauscht. Hält auch noch 2 Jahre später und hat mich nur einen Bruchteil gekostet. :-) Relatively spontaneous appointments (service and badges and 1x broken mirror), great service and what I like best: No "throw away and buy new" workshop. My mirror was cracked and instead of replacing the whole thing completely (like 2 other workshops I asked) only the glass was replaced. Lasts 2 years later and only cost me a fraction. :-)
C	C K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann bis dato nichts sagen, es hat immer alles sehr zuverlässig geklappt, Termine wurden eingehalten. Belegschaft ist immer zuvorkommend und kümmert sich gut um die Kunden. Haben in der Zwischenzeit schon den dritten Hyundai in der Familie und sind dort mit allen Autos zum Service usw... Weiter so... Can't say anything so far, everything has always worked very reliably, deadlines were met. Staff are always courteous and take good care of customers. In the meantime we have the third Hyundai in the family and are there with all cars for servicing, etc. Keep it up...

Hatte auch den Ioniq 5 zur Probefahrt... für 1 ½Tage, sehr cool! Da kann man sich einen guten Eindruck von dem Auto machen. Auto wurde auch super erklärt! Schade dass ich mein Auto nicht dort gekauft habe. Werde sicher wiederkommen! Was there for the first time at the service. Everything was great: friendly, reliable, price okay, car was washed and vacuumed for free ... perfect ?? Also had the Ioniq 5 for a test drive ... for 1 ½ days, very cool! You can get a good impression of the car there. Car was also explained great! It's a shame that I didn't buy my car there. Will be back for sure!

Die Werkstatt kann man in jeder Hinsicht weiter empfehlen. Fast and competent processing. Very hard working and helpful. Got a great rental car. Work was done very neatly and cleanly. The workshop can be recommended in every respect.
