Come again! E bikes borrowed! I had difficulties at the beginning but it was my fault! Going to Sölden was great!

Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort hin gehen. Nur zu empfehlen ???? Spontaneously been there today for minor repairs. I was welcomed very nicely and my bike was ready to go again after only 10 minutes. I would go there again anytime. I can only recommend it ????

Schon da super freundlich und absolut kompetent. Am nächsten Morgen standen die Räder bereit und es konnte sofort losgehen. Es gibt auch Leihälme! Die E-Bikes waren absolut super und top in Schuss! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!! Weiter so!! We borrowed e-bikes for a bike tour. We were there the day before and checked out prices and bikes. Already super friendly and absolutely competent. The next morning the bikes were ready and we could start immediately. There are also loaners! The e-bikes were absolutely great and in top shape! Absolute recommendation! Keep it up!!
U	Ulrich Vormbrock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf meiner Transalp von München zum Gardasee löste sich unweit von Umhausen die Sohle von meinem rechten Rennradschuh! Was tun? Gott-sei-Dank wurde ich hier fündig: Markus beriet mich 1A, war dabei super sympathisch und montierte mir auch noch auf Kulanzbasis neue Klickpedalen - beim Check stellte er fest, dass die alten bereits wackelten und Spiel hatten - wären sie abgebrochen, hätte ich ein großes Problem gehabt! Hinterher konnte ich quasi problemlos (= vom Material her, die Auffahrt selbst war schon recht hart) das Timmelsjoch bezwingen - ohne Markus Hilfe (und natürlich ohne passende Schuhe) wäre meine Transalp vorzeitig zu Ende gewesen! Ein dickes Lob! Würde ich im Ötztal und Umgebung leben, wäre ich sicherlich Stammkunde bei Hummel! On my transalp from Munich to Lake Garda, not far from Umhausen, the sole of my right racing bike shoe came off! What to do? Thank goodness I found what I was looking for here: Markus advised me 1A, was super personable and also installed new clipless pedals for me on a goodwill basis - during the check he noticed that the old ones were already wobbling and were playing - if they had broken off, I would have had a big problem! Afterwards I was able to conquer the Timmelsjoch almost without any problems (= from the material, the driveway itself was quite hard) - without Markus help (and of course without suitable shoes) my Transalp would have ended prematurely! Kudos! If I lived in the Ötztal and the surrounding area, I would certainly be a regular customer at Hummel!

Der Fahrradanhänger war zum vereinbarten Termin abholbereit, zusammen gebaut und wurde mir noch ausführlich erklärt. Danke für den tollen Service. Recently bought a Thule bike trailer. The communication via e-mail was super uncomplicated and there was always a quick answer. The bicycle trailer was ready for collection on the agreed date, assembled and explained to me in detail.
