★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely fine 2nd hand. Nothing amazing but not bad either. Some prices seem unreasonable high (touristy?) but you can also easily find nice things. Quite often they have 1€ baskets and some weeks full corners for 4€ and 7€.
I found my self a nice tweet jacket here in good condition for a fine price (20€).
It's also part of Caritas, as far as I know, meaning that part of its economy affects humanitarian causes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite Humanas in Vienna. It's rather small but very nicely organized, which makes it convenient to browse the clothes, and also has a separate room specifically for vintage fashion. As every other Humana shops, it also often has sales on specific pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, it is a nice shop, where you can find interesting clothes and bags. The prices are usually ok, some pieces are a bit expensive, but one can find treasures here. I did not buy clothes, maybe I was not lucky, but I found a 90s, leather, timeless Coccinelle bag what I wear frequently since then.
