Seinen Laden verlässt man immer sehr zufrieden. Es tut mir leid, wenn etwas für Leute nicht funktioniert hat und sie sich negativ äußern. Ich traute meinen Augen nicht als ich meine alten kaputten Schuhe wieder abholte. Sie glänzten wie frisch aus dem Laden und die Sohle war nun noch besser und rutschfester und schöner! Er versteht sein Handwerk einfach perfekt! The shoemaker offers excellent service for all kinds of repairs to shoes. He repairs in a very short time at absolutely decent prices. You always leave your shop very satisfied. I'm sorry if something didn't work for people and they come up with negative comments. I couldn't believe my eyes when I picked up my old broken shoes. They shone like fresh from the store and the sole was now even better and more slip-resistant and more beautiful! He understands his craft just perfectly!

Ich kann diesen Schuster weiterempfehlen! I'm excited! I handed in three pairs of shoes and they were all repaired super. The shoes look like new! I can recommend this cobbler!

Sie wollten 60 bis 250 € dafür haben, meinen Safe mit anschließender Beschädigung zu öffnen. (Der Safe kostete 50€) Mit "Spezialwerkzeugen" und dem Werkstattmeister. Es sollte immer zwischen 3 Tagen und 2 Wochen dauern. Dieser Herr hat sich sofort um mich gekümmert. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten war der Safe offen und der Preis war fair. Kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen! Ehre Fair price. quick. Personally. I had a safe that couldn't be opened. I've been to a total of 5 locksmiths. They wanted €60 to €250 to open my safe with subsequent damage. (The safe cost €50) With "special tools" and the workshop foreman. It should always last between 3 days and 2 weeks. This gentleman took care of me immediately. The safe was open within 10 minutes and the price was fair. I can highly recommend! Honor

Kann schon sein, dass jemand einmal mit einem Schlüssel Probleme hatte aber ich bin froh, dass es noch Schuster gibt, die Schuhe reparieren können. Danke dafür. Was there quite a few times with my shoes, he does it really well. Sometimes he didn't even charge anything for little things. It is possible that someone once had problems with a key, but I am glad that there are still shoemakers who can repair shoes. Thanks for that.

I brought him my 20-year-old Italian shoes (an old gift from my mom) to change the soles. 5 Days after it should have been fixed I wanted to pick them up - he wasn't finished because he wanted to show off what he did underneath the soles. Then he glued them in while I was waiting, but he glued them completely crooked. So I went back in, he fixed the soles but afterwards I saw that the light brown suede leather was full of glue stains I'm not able to get off. NOW THEY ARE RUINED!
A	Anja Alexa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel kinda sorry to give such a bad rating, but I cannot give any other. Gave him my new (!) shoes to put a better sole on my heel. Check the pictures to see what I got back. He did not mention this disaster and gave me the shoes in a bag, so I just discovered it when I was at home. Immediately went back (to save a second pair that I let there and to confront him with this). He said "Oh sorry, I did not see this. It was the machine. I can fix this, if you want." Did not see?? It is painted with some colour to hide the broken heel. Also, shouldn't he check his work while/after doing it? I did not let him have another try on my shoes, of course. Unfortunately I did not insist on getting my money back, my mistake. One star he gets for being polite and for offering to change the heel within two hours.
V	Volodymyr Salo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. The cobbler was kind, but the sole he put an enormous amount of glue on, fell of after a week of wearing, just a couple of hours a day. Moreover, in another shoe repairing service I was informed that these shoes were in fact irreparable (because only the factory, who made this pair, knows exactly, what kind of glue should be used in this case, since the sole is of plastic and the top is of leather), so a cobbler would better have informed me in advance about this instead of taking my money for having smeared my shoes with glue for no result.
