★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Shop in der Singerstrasse, in dem ich seit 12 Jahren Kunde war, hat - wie ich heute feststellen musste - nicht einmal ein WC für seine Kunden. Null Service, unhöfliches Personal, dafür hohe Preise. Kein Wunder, dass der Laden pleitegeht.
 The shop in the Singerstrasse, where I was a customer for 12 years, did not even have a toilet for its customers - as I discovered today. Zero service, rude staff, but high prices. No wonder the shop goes bankrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam mit der Reklamation (Schaden nach ordnungsgemäßen Waschgang) einer Pyjamahose- ohne Rechnung- ins Shop der Singerstraße und man hat mir ohne Umstände sofort die Hose zurückgenommen und mir eine Gutschrift gegeben. So ein Service bekommt man heutzutage nur von traditionellen seriösen Unternehmen wo Kundenfreundlichkeit an erster Stelle steht. Schön, dass es solche Verkäufer und Geschäfte noch gibt! Ein herzliches Dankeschön!
I came to the Singerstrasse shop with a complaint (damage after a proper wash) of pajama pants - without an invoice - and they took my pants back and gave me a credit. Nowadays you can only get such a service from traditional, reputable companies where customer friendliness is paramount. It's great that such sellers and shops still exist! A big thank you!
