Food was nice, they bring out lots of small taster dishes beforehand that you didn't order so unless you send them back they will charge you for each one. €usually about 3 euros per item smaller than your little finger. As a first impression to Vienna, it put us on our guard for the remander of our holidays.

Great place, great food and fast service.

Superb food. We LOVED every single item that was served. That includes some small dishes, that they gave us, on top of what we ordered. It is a small restaurant, so we suggest making a reservation. We were lucky! The one thing we would suggest to the owner: When you go in, only occupied tables are covered with a white table cloth. Once you order, they set your table (originally, brown wood), with a table cloth. So, actually, when you get in, some table are nice white, and some are just wooden. That is not very attractive.

TOURIST TRAP ALERT! This was the worst restaurant I have ever ate at in Vienna, and I stay here in the city each year to visit my family over the holidays. We came here for the first time based on the positive reviews, and I can’t regret that decision enough. We were here New Year’s Eve for the pricey prefix dinner. The salmon was not fresh, in fact it was absolutely disgusting. As was the schnitzel. Greasy & flavorless. The kitchen is an absolute disgrace & to call what we were served schnitzel is an insult to all of Austria. Even worse than the food was the service. As respectful customers, to be treated like we were, in addition to the bad food served was quite out of line. To the older white server with the beard & earnings, who went out of his way to make sure my family & I had a terrible New Years dinner - when I see you again, its not going be good for you. That’s a promise from my heart. I might even plan a special trip back before next years holidays just for the occasion! Avoid at all costs unless you want terrible food & service, and if you do go, don’t complain if you’ve read this review because I wish someone had been honest with me before I chose this sh*thole of a restaurant!

Wonderful place, very local yet right outside palace. Salads are exceptionally good.

Small place close to belvedere, excellent for a couple drinks with a couple of friends. Creat food and good service. Good prizes

Excellent food! Light and original celeri soup and classic Schnitzel for me on that day. Varied jazz music, great atmosphere, Super professional and warm service with a little bit of homy atmosphere. Gets some sun light in, right in front of Belevedere museum. Super cosy feeling. Thanks!

Good quality and service. Very delicious salad with goat cheese and roasted young walnuts. Schnitzel was big but ordinary. Good steak paired with local Cabernet Sauvignon. Interesting experience, they offer for starter something from beet root, which tastes similar to Ukrainian Borsch, but it is served in small espresso cup.
