Simply wonderful in winter with snow and storms in a hot spring whirlpool, whether alone with my wife or with my grandchildren. Advice from Hotsping Team. Quality Top set-up lady very competent. Die sehr freundliche und ausführliche Beratung haben maßgeblich zur Kaufentscheidung beigetragen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die sehr lange Lieferzeit von ca. 9 Monaten was man aber in Zeiten wie diesen meist nicht beeinflussen kann (siehe auch Automobilbranche). Die Vorfreude war entsprechend groß und wurde in keinster weise enttäuscht. Der "Mercedes" unter den Whirlpools wird von der gesamten Familie fast täglich benutzt und ist jeden Cent wert. Es ist Entspannung pur und steigert spürbar die (Ein)Schlafqualität, außerdem ist das Whirlpool besonders bei Nacht ein echter Hingucker. Natürlich tauchen bei uns als Anfänger zur Wasserqualität regelmäßig Fragen auf die aber allesamt rasch und kompetent per Telefon oder vor Ort beantwortet wurden. Kurz, wir sind rundum begeistert und können Firma und Pool nur weiterempfehlen. We've been the proud owners of a Hotspring Envoy hot tub for a month now. The very friendly and detailed advice contributed significantly to the purchase decision. The only drop of bitterness was the very long delivery time of approx. 9 months, which you can't usually influence in times like these (see also automotive industry). The anticipation was correspondingly high and was in no way disappointed. The "Mercedes" among the whirlpools is used by the entire family almost every day and is worth every penny. It is pure relaxation and noticeably increases the quality of falling asleep, and the whirlpool is a real eye-catcher, especially at night. Of course, as beginners, we regularly have questions about the water quality, but they were all answered quickly and competently by phone or on site. In short, we are completely enthusiastic and can only recommend the company and the pool.

Sehr kompetente nette Dame, (Frauenpower sollte nicht unterschätzt werden?) stellte das Pool in unserem Garten auf, installierte alles notwendige und erklärte gut verständlich die Handhabung, Wartung..... Alle unsere Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet und nach ca.2,5 Stunden Arbeit war das Pool fertig befüllt. Nun galt nur mehr abzuwarten bis die richtige Temperatur erreicht war,und wir das erste Mal in den Genuss unseres Pools kamen. - "Einfach Herrlich" Unsere Erwartungen sind zu 100% erfüllt worden, wir genießen das Pool jeden Tag. Eine der Besten Investitionen die wir je getätigt haben. Können den Hot Spring-Jetsetter nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen??? The long wait for our jet setter was worth it. Very competent, nice lady, (female power should not be underestimated?) set up the pool in our garden, installed everything necessary and clearly explained the handling, maintenance ..... All of our questions were answered competently and after about 2.5 hours of work the pool was completely filled. Now we just had to wait until the right temperature was reached and we could enjoy our pool for the first time. - "Just lovely" Our expectations have been met 100%, we enjoy the pool every day. One of the best investments we have ever made. Can only warmly recommend the Hot Spring Jetsetter???
